Pipa Centro Residents was a top notch hotel stay! The staff went above and beyond to meet needs of group of travelers from the states who were unfamiliar with the area! The private roof top splash bath, lounge and shower was my favorite spot. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable! The only thing that topped the hotel was the location. Highly recommended!!

I stayed in one of the larger units. Everything we needed was already there. The main pool was awesome to relax in at night after a hot day, and it was also nice to have more intimate options on the roof as well. The service was top notch! I cannot say enough positive things about the level of care. And location? It's a very short walk to the beach, to restaurants, shopping, a pharmacy and food markets. I cannot wait to return next year!

Todo perfecto, las instalaciones, la localización, la atención, la limpieza… Hemos estado encantados. Todo muy limpio, puesto con mucho detalle. Cambio de las toallas de la piscina cada vez que lo hemos solicitado, y siempre con buena cara. El wifi muy bien Repetiremos

Excelente local de hospedagem em Pipa, há poucos minutos a pé da avenida principal. Ficamos no duplex e adoramos: apto confortável, limpo e com uma vista maravilhosa para a praia! A equipe do flat é extremamente atenciosa e simpática. Recomendo!

Estuvimos la segunda quincena de marzo, el complejo queda a 1 cuadra del centro, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, playas. Nuestro departamento tenía cocina comedor con pava eléctrica, vajilla, heladera, TV, un sillón muy cómodo, balcón y un dormitorio con aire acondicionado, (el tamaño justo para 2 personas) , la zona de la piscina era muy linda y limpia. Para la limpieza y cambio de toallas hay que ponerse de acuerdo con la gente de recepción que son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte (abraço para Charly) Volveremos!

Prós = quarto espaçoso, estacionamento, toalhas de praia e de piscina disponíveis. ótima vista do mar no terceiro piso. Nosso quarto também tinha vista linda! Contras = não tem limpeza diária no quarto, troca de toalhas no quarto somente mediante solicitação, chuveiro fraco, um pouco de barulho vindo da rua, hóspedes que chegam tarde fazendo barulho sem ninguém para pedir mais respeito e silêncio.

O apartamento é muito bom para quem não vai de carro para Pipa, esse inclusive foi o motivo da minha escolha, fica bem no centro onde tem o maior movimento. As áreas comuns são bem asseadas, jardins bonitos, piscina ampla e antiderrapante. A parte do terraço é um show, tem uma vista magnífica da praia do centro, área com bastante sol para quem quer pegar um bronze e uma hidro também muito boa. Dentro do apartamento você encontra tudo que precisa, se for com a família ou amigos pode cozinhar tranquilamente. Banheiro é amplo e possui secador. Tudo bem limpo e organizado. A parte que realmente odiei foi o barulho, pra mim que chegava muito tarde e fiquei no térreo foi terrível, a partir das 6:30 da manhã começa o barulho de cadeiras arrastando, gente caminhando e conversando tanto nos corredores quanto no ap de cima e eu mal conseguia dormir porque dava pra ouvir tudo. Então se você pretende curtir a parte noturna, não será uma boa opção.

Primeiro fomos recepcionados pela proprietária D. Petra, que nos atendeu muito bem, inclusive dando dicas sobre o local, restaurantes e outros. O ambiente tem piscina e uma jacuzzi no terraço do residencial. Dentro do apartamento, tem uma decoração sofisticada e bem aparelhada com geladeira, ar condicionado, frigobar, fogão e utensílios. Varanda com vista para o mar. A localização é muito boa, não fica na rua principal, mas fica a poucos metros, assim não tem barulho e ao mesmo tempo é muito perto da passarela e praia do centro. Tudo próximo, mercado, padaria, restaurante e outros. Estacionamento gratuito, wifi e ainda tem umas garrafas de agua de cortesia.
