At first I really enjoyed the hotel and service was good. But after returning from the beach on time for my appointment the front desk attendant acted very cold and entitled and didn’t inform me accordingly that the therapist was waiting as they could have easily come . They do not have body crème, dental kit or anything else. Agus Fresca is better option

Oka da Mata is the best place to stay in Pipa! The staff is friendly and always available. The hotel is very close to the city yet at the perfect distance to feel disconnected. You can come and go as there are constant shuttles available on your own time. Concierge is vey well connected and making sure you are priority everywhere you go. The breakfast is phenomenal, local flavors with options a la carte. If you can book the Vista Mar suite I will strongly recommended. Amazing bed, very spacious with a bathtub, the huge terrace overlooking the ocean is a plus!!!

I really want to keep Pipa a secret. After SP and Rio, I finally felt like I could relax here. You feel the pulse of a real Brazilian beach town. It’s a crazy special place. And Oka da Mata was the perfect base. They made us feel welcome and at home everyday. Like locals. The hotel is relaxed, authentic, charming, clean and close to everything. The regular shuttle was such a gift, and took us everywhere (the closest and best beach is a 3 min ride). Rooms are huge and great value for money. The breakfast is perfect. And I think they mastered the caju caipirinha. The staff was super friendly and offered the most reliable options for day time excursions (the buggy was sick!), dinners out, even a pharmacy pit stop. Jenna gave the most wonderful massage in a private cabin. Oka da Mata and Pipa exceeded my expectations big time. Hidden gems!

The hotel I booked Sun Bay Hotel Pipa reeked with an awful mold smell and we had to go. First time in my life I have ever refused a hotel room and I have had many. We called Pousada Oka da Mata Hotel at 8:15pm and thankfully they had a room available and told us to call them when we had our bags packed so they could send a driver to lead us to the hotel. All of the staff was wonderful from the manager to the driver. They took the time to set up tours or drivers to another city for us. The breakfast included with the room was very good with omelets, assortment of breads and fruits, fruit juices with great coffee. Also, Jefferson, our breakfast host, does a great job and made the early morning breakfast verypleasurable. The rooms were clean and spacious with a large balcony. Thank you Robert B

Camera molto grande e accogliente con un grande letto. Personale molto efficiente, gentile e simpatico. Receptionist molto professionale. Servizio transfer molto utile. Ristorante ottimo il migliore di Pipa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ficamos no hotel Oka da Mata em Pipa por 5 noites. Estávamos eu, meu marido e nossos 2 filhos. O hotel é excelente! Ficamos no quarto 16, com vista para o mar. É super espaçoso, com uma cama king size e 2 camas de solteiro. Tinha também um sofá, TV grande, ar condicionado, armário, frigobar, cofre. Banheiro com ducha muito boa e secador de cabelo. A area da piscina é ampla e muito tranquila. É por ali que fica também o restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã (incluso na diaria) e outra refeições. O cafe da manhã é muito variado, com Buffet com frutas, cereias, frios, pães, bolos, sucos, cafe e também opções a la carte, feitas na hora e inclusas no buffet: tapiocas, omeletes, cuscuz. Como o hotel é afastado do centro, ha um carro do próprio hotel que leva e traz os hospedes ao centrinho a as praias como Cacimbinha, Madeiro, Centro, Amor. É só manda mensagem para o hotel solicitando a volta. Tudo muito conveniente. O staff é extremamente simpático. Adoramos tudo! Realmente um lugar para voltar!

Mais uma vez, fomos calorosamente acolhidos pela Oka. Recebemos, como presente de aniversário de minha esposa, um super upgrade. Agradecemos à toda equipe pela cordialidade e profissionalismo, e, em especial, aos queridos Juliano e Rodrigo. Vocês nos proporcionaram um final de semana memorável. É sempre um prazer nos hospedar na Oka. Do café da manhã ao serviço de transfer, passando pela imensidão azul da piscina, e o serviço do bar e da cozinha, tudo é perfeito. Os petiscos são uma ótima desculpa para não ir ao centrinho de Pipa. E a cerveja? Geladíssima. Enfim, mais uma hospedagem irretocável. Não se deixem iludir com as fotos. Ao vivo é ainda melhor.
