Bom atendimento com pessoas simpáticas, porém o cheiro de mofo no chalé aparenta falta de higiene. Lençóis e travesseiros com cheiro forte de mofo. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã que não tinha nem pagando a parte.

Infelizmente, minha experiência nessa pousada foi péssima. O quarto em que fiquei estava com mofo, o que impossibilitou nossa permanência. Além disso, ao informar o problema à administração, esperava ao menos um mínimo de atenção e providências, mas fomos completamente ignorados, e tivemos que procurar outra pousada O descaso foi total, e ficou claro que o bem-estar dos hóspedes não é uma prioridade para o local. Diante disso, não recomendo essa pousada para ninguém. Há muitas outras opções que, pelo menos, respeitam os clientes e oferecem acomodações adequadas.

Horrível
Pior experimente possível para um início de viagem, entramos no quarto e imediatamente saímos. Quarto sujo, cheio de mofo pelo cômodo, cheiro impossível, tentamos conversar sobre a possibilidade de troca de quarto mas foram totalmente inflexíveis, o dono não respondeu a mensagem que mandamos, a atendente era despreparada, gastamos mais que previsto porque tivemos que trocar de hotel e não temos suporte nenhum.

No geral muito boa mais teve um imprevisto de o ar condicionado parar de gelar e graças a atenção da recepcionista foi regularizado após o técnico ir 2 X ao local e resolver parcialmente

Bom, a pousada é bonita, mas não como na foto.. o quarto básico não tem UMA JANELA, somente no banheiro que dá de cara com uma parede, lagartixa e formiga no banheiro e no quarto não pega Wi-Fi, a primeira noite foi uma experiência negativa, no entanto na segunda noite já conseguiram disponibilizar um quarto melhor e foi ótimo, a localização é boa, bem no começo de pipa..
