The room is quite old. There is a water dispenser on each floor for water collection. There is a kettle in the room. The sanitation is OK.

Stayed just only one night. Very convenient location close to the city center. Quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately very small garage. I was also surprised that restaurant was open until 10 p.m.

Without a doubt, the worst 3-star hotel I have stayed in in Europe. Terrible service, and even worse attention, part of the reception staff did not know how to communicate in English. There was NO room service, I stayed at the hotel for a week and the room was not cleaned a single day. Only, if you went to reception every day and indicated that you wanted the towels changed, they would do it for you, but on holidays, don't ask for it because they don't do it. Honestly, I had booked a 3-star hotel, in my opinion, from a renowned hotel chain in Europe, and I expected hotel service, not a tourist apartment or a hostel. I understand the situation we are experiencing but I do not think it is an excuse to stop providing the main service of a business (if you are not going to be a Hotel, do not offer it as such, or at least have the decency to inform the client) Furthermore, if you stop providing the basic services of a hotel due to the pandemic, I understand that the staff should be more than aware, not that the majority of the staff that I met did not have their mask on at the reception, or when they met. They moved around the hotel (Elevator included), something really surprising. And last, and not least, the price charged by the establishment is for the services of a hotel, but they do not offer them and continue charging the same??? I honestly don't understand it. In short, the experience is really bad. I doubt I will trust the services of this chain again on future trips.

es un buen hotel considerando calidad/precio, pero soy cliente MUY habitual en ese hotel especialmente,ademas de Cliente GOLD y no me dan una habitacion Superior de categoria o en una planta alta ( 3 planta es hab superior y me envian siempre a la 1 planta ), siendo ademas que NO pido me limpien la habitacion nunca, yo me hago mi cama o cambio toallas ( pidiendolas ) o pido agua.....ahorro tiempo a los trabajadores. Ademas siempre desayuno q es un coste mas y muchas veces ceno.
Por lo demas no hay queja

Ein modernes und schönes Hotel. Eine sehr entgegenkommendes Personal. Herausragend die Frau Zuzanna in der Rezeption.. Sehr nett und „mitfühlend“. Vielen Dank. Eine gute Küche und sehr flexibel. Gehen auf alle Wünsche ein. Kann nur empfehlen.

Wybralem ten hotel ze wzgledu na wysoki status w sieci MERCURE. Juz od pocxatku obsluga na recepcji byla bardzo niemila, jakby do pracy przychodzila za kare. Nie udalo sie skorzystac z zadnych uslug SPA. W Restauracji zamiast otrzymac 2 napoje powitalne (otrzymalismy 1) w dodatku za cole musielismy zaplacic, zamowilismy tatara i zurek. Tatar byl bardzo przesolony a porcja zurku byla na dnie talerza. Sniadanie bardzo skromne i srednio smaczne (wedliny,ser). Pokoj okej ale nalezy zwracac uwage na to co sie bierze. W pokoju otrzymalismy napoje z kartka ze sa zadrmowe, kiedy skorzystalismy z minibarku na ktiorym nie bylo cennika, Pani z recepcji kazala nam zaplacic - dobrze ze zrobilismy zdjecia minibarku. Mam wrazenie ze obsluga stara sie naciagac klienta na kazdym kroku w tym hotelu. To byl jedyny i ostatni pobyt w tym hotelu.
