Ci ho passato due notti per motivi lavorativi e non ci tornerei mai. L'hotel è vecchio ma soprattutto mal tenuto. C'è la moquette ovunque, perfino in sala colazione. Questo comporta moltissima polvere e scarsa igiene. Il bagno era decentemente pulito, ma la polvere in camera ha reso il soggiorno spiacevole. Colazione imbarazzante, crostate e brioches confezionate, come pane solo pancarrè e come formaggio sottilette. Personalmente mi va benissimo avere una scelta limitata ma è inaccettabile che un 4 stelle proponga cibo del genere. Dovrebbero migliorare la qualità. Il secondo giorno l'addetto alla sala stava parlando al cellulare quando siamo arrivati, ci ha ignorati, e dopo 10 minuti siamo dovuti andare vicino a lui per chiedergli un caffè. Ha continuato a parlare al telefono mentre ce lo ha portato. Avevamo prenotato il parcheggio 15 giorni prima e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che si erano sbagliati ed era tutto pieno, quindi la prima notte abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altra soluzione. L'insonorizzazione è inesistente, pur essendo al terzo piano sentivamo tutti i rumori dalla strada. Do' due stelle e non una soltanto perché la signora alla reception è stata gentile. Il posto avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione. O se non è possibile, almeno maggiore pulizia e cura anche da parte del personale. Non è neppure economico e non mi capacito di come possa avere quattro stelle.

Sinceramente imbarazzante. Sono anni che non trovavo una struttura di tale livello di servizi offerti così scadenti. Colazione e cena in relazione al costo pagato imbarazzante. Unica giustificazione il periodo invernale che vista la posizione può limitarne le presenze, ma che pur tuttavia essendo un 4 stelle non può scendere sotto certi livelli di standard. Fatico a ricordare situazioni del genere anche in quei pochi 2 stelle frequentati.

Hotel che potrebbe essere il top ma purtroppo è rimasto fermo a 40 anni fa,bagno troppo vecchio e con capelli nel lavandino dei clienti precedenti,camera con moquette puzzolente,coperte di lana vecchie,4 grucce di numero nell'armadio sporche e appiccicose,4 stelle forse negli anni 80,peccato perché è in una buona posizione in centro e modernizzato potrebbe essere un Signor Hotel

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und das sieht man. Auch die Einrichtung ist halt älter, damals sicher sehr elegant. Foyer sehr schön. Auch die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon recht altbacken. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört. Teppichböden. Badezimmer eher modern, mit Dusche. Personal freundlich. Frühstück gut und vielseitig. Wenige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, aber rund herum auch andere. Kostenlose sowie zahlbare. Direkt im Zentrum Piombino's

La mia camera era al quarto piano con mouquette in tutto il corridoio. Il fancoil dell'aria condizionata/riscaldamento attaccato al letto. Hotel datato, cabina doccia ancora più vecchia, pulizia da migliorare come del resto la colazione. Non può essere un 4 stelle.

Insieme a mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro. Posizione centralissima, pulitissimo con pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri e con personale molto professionale e gentile. Edoardo e Roberta con i quali abbiamo avuto modo di intrattenerci, sono delle persone speciali e professionali. Posteggio auto gratuito (pochi posti ma comodissimo) proprio davanti l’albergo.
