Nice staff, okay. Dirty room, non working safe, non existent plugs, leaking shower cubicle, only 1 towel for 3 people?? Absence of hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, broken toilet seat, dangling toilet roll holder, flush button that remained in your hand, hair found when you first entered the bed, bed linen that was not changed, blanket from the First World War, no telephone in the room . Mediocre but varied food at dinner, very little breakfast, only cooked salty and fontina cheese, stop. Poor waiter service, one evening they brought me wine after asking 4 times, I had almost finished dinner. Place of the "Hotel" excellent, close to all the essential. We have stayed in well superior landlords. Ps: we also left a €20 tip by the way...

I state that it is the second year that I come to this hotel and I have always found myself well. I was in this hotel with my family at the end of August. I can say that I found cleanliness and friendliness on the part of the staff impeccable. We went half board and the food was of a good standard. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

We stayed here for a couple of days. The things that impressed me the most were the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The owners and staff are very kind, in short, they really know how to do it especially with children ... highly recommended for families. Great location.

Comfortable and quiet hotel, certainly suitable for families with small children and the elderly .. a stone's throw from the small center of Pinzolo which is always very active with different events. we stayed 6 days with the family and we really enjoyed it, nothing to say. The only thing I would like to say is that the photos on the site don't make it and suggest that the hotel is a bit "dated" instead I must say that it is a really well placed hotel, with very kind staff and typical furnishings local. the best thing of all is the cleaning, we with a one year old baby did quite "******" and the cleaners were really good at "managing" us rooms that were always clean and with a smell of disinfectant that went to underline the work done by the employees. Very good restaurant with always different and tasty dishes, really kind and helpful dining room staff. What can I say, highly recommended hotel where we stayed (and we still are because we leave tomorrow 😩) very well! We even asked to extend it by a few days but unfortunately there was no availability. The only small flaw is that the spa was in disuse and we had to go to a nearby hotel for a fee. But it was still worth it! Recommended 💪🏻💪🏻

La peggior vacanza fatta in Trentino in 40 anni. Avendo prenotato all, ultimo, purtroppo rimaneva disponibile solo questo Hotel. Senza andare a dire cosa non và, auguro al giovane direttore buon lavoro, visto che si è dimostrato gentile e comprensivo. Camere pessime, datate, senza prese elettriche, roventi, senza clima, ma pulite. Cucina: cibo scadente e soprattutto il cuoco, do e lo avete selezionato, mai cucina trentina, solo cibi raffazzonati e di bassa qualità. Sono andato via un giorno prima pur avendo pagato anticipatamente. Non vi fidate di chi mette recensioni positive

Gentilezza e cordialità dello staff. Arredo tipico , pulito e ordinato. Posto con posizione strategica , comodo a tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ringraziamo Matteo, che ci ha dato consigli per questo angolo di Paradiso. Pinzolo da serenità e relax!

Hotel 4 stelle imbarazzanti. Camere minuscole, mobili datati... sponda del letto staccata, guarnizioni di porte e finestre penzolanti...doccia vecchia e piena di muffa (al silicone) io direi che ci servirebbe una rimodernata. Balconcino carino. Pulizia camera sufficiente (non ecclesa). Colazione scarsissima e di bassa qualità. Salato quasi inesistente p.cotto, formaggio (a richiesta uova). Cibo (cena) pessimo, pasta scotta o insapore, ogni tanto c'era qualcosa di ""buono"", ogni sera ripropongono la stessa cosa per "antipasto"... roba avanzata dai giorni (che si poteva scegliere dal menù cena) riproposta per giorni. Alle volte il cibo è andato a male (errore sicuramente, ma imperdonabile). Trattano i clienti storici da seria A e clienti nuovi con superficialità (cosa errata, visto che sono da fidelizzare). Non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei. Ho sentito diverse persone lamentarsi (vicini di stanza/o in sala) Unica nota positiva: personale gentile (camerieri, in particolare un ragazzo). Vacanza bellissima per i posti visitati, ringraziamo le temperature e le belle giornate di sole che ci hanno permesso di girare altrimenti sarebbe stata una vacanza da incubo (visto l hotel)!! Avevo letto le recensioni sc****/pessime ma ogni volta cerco sempre di "smentirle" qui devo smentire le recensioni eccellenti!! OCCHIO!

Delusione sotto molti aspetti: Le 4 stelle non sono congrue. In camera non ci sono prese , non c'è telefono, tv non funzionante, la doccia del bagno è vetusta, tutta scrostata nella base. Nonostante fossimo già a giugno e l' hotel pieno, abbiamo trovato la struttura impreparata ad accogliere i turisti. Personale inesperto, come ... addormentato, impreparato. Il ristorante non è in grado di far cenare i clienti e abbiamo dovuto riparare altrove, la spa non è accessibile, servizi per cui noi abbiamo pagato (Non poco) ma che non ci sono stati forniti. Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino supplementare e ci è stato dato, ma senza fodera "PERCHE NON DISPONIBILE" : (4 STELLE???) La mattina a colazione UN SOLO CAMERIERE deve far fronte alla sala piena di clienti, con lunghe attese, errori nelle ordinazioni, e tavolo del buffet con piatti vuoti e mai riforniti. Peccato perché la struttura avrebbe potenzialita..... al momento del tutto mal sfruttate. Il secondo pallino è di incoraggiamento, perché il voto sarebbe uno.
