Hotel Quadrifoglio

Nice staff, okay. Dirty room, non working safe, non existent plugs, leaking shower cubicle, only 1 towel for 3 people?? Absence of hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, broken toilet seat, dangling toilet roll holder, flush button that remained in your hand, hair found when you first entered the bed, bed linen that was not changed, blanket from the First World War, no telephone in the room . Mediocre but varied food at dinner, very little breakfast, only cooked salty and fontina cheese, stop. Poor waiter service, one evening they brought me wine after asking 4 times, I had almost finished dinner. Place of the "Hotel" excellent, close to all the essential. We have stayed in well superior landlords. Ps: we also left a €20 tip by the way...

We stayed here for a couple of days. The things that impressed me the most were the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The owners and staff are very kind, in short, they really know how to do it especially with children ... highly recommended for families. Great location.

Comfortable and quiet hotel, suitable for families with small children and the elderly for sure.. 2 steps from the small center of Pinzolo which is always very active with different events. We stayed 6 days with the family and we had a really good time, nothing to say. The only thing I would like to say is that the photos on the site do not do it justice and make it seem like the hotel is a bit "dated" instead I have to say that it is a really well-kept hotel, with very kind staff and typical local furnishings. The best thing of all is the cleanliness, we with a one-year-old child were quite "******" and the cleaners were really good at "managing" the rooms which were always clean and with a smell of disinfectant which underlined the work done by the staff. Very good restaurant with always different and tasty dishes, really kind and helpful dining room staff. What can I say, highly recommended hotel where we stayed (and still are because we leave tomorrow 😩) very good! We even asked to extend by a few days but unfortunately there was no availability. The only small flaw was that the spa was out of use and we had to pay to go to one in a nearby hotel. But it was still worth it! Recommended 💪🏻💪🏻

Tutto perfetto! Complimenti a Matteo e al suo team molto preparato. Gentilezza e semplicità! Camere pulitissime. Colazione e soprattutto cene squisite! Siamo rimasti molto piacevolmente colpiti da tutto e torneremo sicuramente! Si trova inoltre a 200m dalla funivia quindi comodissimo per chi scia!

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia in compagnia del nostro cane presso questo albergo. Che dire. Come sentirsi a casa. Il persone giovane e molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze. Dopo un viaggio di notte lungo quasi 7 ore siamo riusciti ad avere la camera in mattinata cosa che non succede quasi mai negli alberghi. La cucina è buona. Ragazze delle pulizie sempre disponibili in quanto ne abbiamo la prova avendo un cane. Terremo a mente sicuramente per altri soggiorni qui a Pinzolo questo fantastico albergo.
