Daughter and school friends arrived for a week of skiing. Hotel is nice and food seems to be ok albeit basic. The most concerning aspect is that after their 1st day skiing, many of the trip participants have found many bags in their rooms have been opened and money stolen. It’s a disgrace!

We have just had a week skiing in Pinzolo and stayed at the hotel bepy. The hotel was lovely, the rooms are modern and very clean. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. They couldn’t do more for you. The lady on reception on arrival spent time with us giving us information about the area, restaurant recommendations, ski bus information etc. she was so helpful. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and it drops you off right outside the gondola. The ski bus service was very reliable and the driver was friendly. It is the best ski holiday we have had so far. Amazing hotel and people. Would highly recommend. We would definitely go back again.

Per la prima volta abbiamo provato l'esperienza di una vacanza ai primi di giugno,e siamo stati felici di aver scelto questa struttura,credo che per la qualità di Pulizia,comodità e bellezza delle camere,offerta della prima colazione e vicinanza con dei bellissimi luoghi possa diventare un riferimento per molti,la gentilezza e la naturale simpatia delle receptionist hanno completare un offerta che direi IRRINUNCIABILE. Per la prima volta in vita mia mi trovo a fare una valutazione così positiva..Buona Vacanza.Ps: un difetto lo posso trovare..purtroppo anticipare così tanto la stagione ci ha fatto trovare impianti e tanti ristoranti chiusi..ma anche scuole aperte ..e passeggiate quasi solitarie!

Era la prima vacanza dopo tanti anni e la prima con il mio cane. Fantastica. Il personale educato e gentile. La camera molto bella e confortevole che affaccia direttamente sul giardino molto apprezzato dal mio cane per il riposo pomeridiano. La colazione superlativa. Se va tutto bene ci rivediamo il prossimo anno

Non posso che essere molto positivo, struttura molto accogliente "Pinzolo raggiungibile a piedi", personale competente e disponibile, soggiorno 2 volte l'anno sempre con i medesimi risultati positivi, un piccolo suggerimento su climatizzatore, il clima sta cambiando, bisogna adeguarsi, inoltre dei contenitori nell'ambiente bagno non guaterebbero. Pertanto tutto molto valido.. a presto Natale/Gennaio 2025

Impossibile dormire con le finestre aperte in una stanza fronte strada con altissimo passaggio notturno: purtroppo la ventilazione è affidata ad un aggeggio ridicolo, molto rumoroso, completamente inutile. Quindi si boccheggia. Nessuno alla reception di notte per chiedere aiuto. Lampada a muro lato letto rotta completamente staccata dalla base. Lenzuola del letto a castello sporche. Parcheggio pieno, abbiamo dovuto lasciato l'auto sul marciapiede. Totale per una notte € 125.

Situato a Giustino, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Pinzolo. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Parcheggio fronte struttura. Colazione varia e di buon livello. Ottima la pulizia nelle camere e in generale in tutto il garnì. Consigliato!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla struttura, ottima accoglienza, bella camera con balcone sul giardino molto pulita. Ottima colazione con prodotti locali e torte fatte in casa. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Punto strategico per qualsiasi attività uno volesse fare. L'unica cosa che mi sento di consigliare sarebbe di predisporre un impianto di condizionamento perché con un'estate così calda per riposare bene bisognava tenere aperta la portafinestra e di conseguenza si era disturbati dal rumore del traffico. Per il resto comunque un garnì da consigliare.
