Even if breakfasts and dinners were fine, spa zone is ok, we were very disappointed with ski room capacity vs number of guests. If you ski for a full day, when you arrive to hotel you can not find free dryer, but even if you are lucky to have one, very high chance in the morning you find your boots wet on a floor, because someone think his or her boots more important to get dry. Reception does not really solve the issue. Should either install more dryers / equip another room or just limit number of guests. Rooms are very dark with poor lights and heating is not stable too to dry gloves and other sport dress

We stayed in this hotel with a group on a half board booking for 7 days. My wife and I had a room overlooking the back of the hotel which had stunning views of the Dolomites. The room was spacious, clean and totally comfortable. The service in this hotel was exceptional and the staff at reception and restaurant were at all times helpful and efficient. The Buffet Breakfast was quite good overall with most of what you may expect to find and the dinner service equally satisfactory and pleasant. Our only gripe was the light output in the room which with the exception of the bathroom was warm white and at particular times we would have preferred something brighter. We would recommend this hotel any day to travellers in this area.

Pinzolo is magical place to visit especially if you are a ski lover. Apart from this there are parks and places of interest. Local food is great. Hotel Canada is a lovely place to be in. Service is the best and they care for you.

very comfortable and spacious residence with the possibility of using the (mediocre) services of the adjacent hotel. But too hasty cleaning, poor maintenance, and little, very little friendliness on the part of the busy and indifferent owners. It seems that the objective is to maximize cash by postponing (indefinitely) investments. I don't think I will return.

Hotel located in the center of Pinzolo. Equipped with all the needs that satisfy various age groups. Excellent location. Excellent food. Excellent cleanliness of the swimming pool rooms. Very friendly staff and attentive to the needs of their customers. Suitable for those with small children in the weaning phase (baby food service, kettle in the room). We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed in this hotel for a week from 1st to 8th January during the Christmas holidays: what can I say, everything was beautiful and organized even for those who don't ski like me, beautiful excursions in the morning and the "unique" snowshoeing at sunset, organized by the Mrs Cecilia. Good and varied food, the vegetable buffet much appreciated. The last gem is the wonderful Spa, with the outdoor hydro tub, total relaxation. A special thanks to the 2 great and tireless sisters, Mrs. Cecilia and Maria. In short, I highly recommend the Hotel Canada.

We stayed at this hotel this week and unfortunately we will be leaving tomorrow. The hotel is beautiful, fantastic wellness area with heated swimming pool and hydromassage tub; the location is perfect as you can reach the lifts on foot with skis on your shoulders and it is also very central. Excellent cuisine with a wide choice of dishes, generous portions and great kindness from the dining room staff. The entertainer Giorgio is also very nice and organizes walks for non-skiers and entertains guests in the evening with fun games. The hotel is very well organized and offers all the services for an ideal ski holiday with an excellent quality/price ratio. We hope to return soon!

Ho trascorso una settimana con il Dlf di Bari.Hotel confortevole con posizione strategica in quanto ubicato a pochi passi dal centro del paese e dalla funivia.Il personale è professionale e molto gentile. Lo stesso dicasi di Gabriele che ha animato le nostre giornate.E' piacevole rilassarsi in piscina o nella vasca idromassaggio. Ottimo il cibo che prevede una varietà di scelta anche di dolci.Un grazie alle proprietarie che hanno sempre accolto le nostre richieste.
