Excellent, attentive staff. Hotel is immaculate, stunning modern communal bar area. Breakfast selection is fantastic catering for every taste. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Racheed -the shuttle bus driver is a wonderful, friendly man with outstanding quality for customer care and attention. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Splendid. Grazie.

Room was small and furniture in need of repair. Shower tray was yellow and tiles chipped in bathroom. However breakfast was good and restaurant and bar staff lovely. Ski lockers didn’t shut and ski room was open to anyone about. Location good and excellent mini bus transport to and from slopes. Despite the negatives we would probably return. Have to dispute the 4 stars based on our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel. The manager and staff promptly addressed any issues I encountered, ensuring a seamless experience. Lovely hotel first time in maddonna. Just outside the main centre . Easy to walk into restaurants and bars. Mini bus takes you to the slopes you require or you can walk for 10 to 15 minutes . The breakfast is fabulous amazing choice and such good quality. Egs made fresh to order. Evening meal is optional but highly recommended. A special shout out to Uri in the main bar he is a real credit to the hotel and such hard working and professional. Also to Philipe in the main reception also so helpfully and accommodating. Ski hire from the depot below the hotel were also so good my skis were almost brand new and really impressive. Also have a Spa and poom All in all highly recommended

An old cliche, but splendid by name and splendid by nature. Excellent food, especially the buffet breakfast making it a great start to the day ready for the piste. Attentive staff that were warm, friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The spa facilities were most welcome to ease the aching bones and finally the free ski shuttle service which was most welcome at the end of the day. The only negative comment i would make, is that in the bar there was a grand piano that was never used and it would have been nice on just a couple of nights to have some music played while sitting having a night cap or two.

Great central location, we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Very handy, we could rent the ski at the hotel and get to the ski slopes by a shuttle service provided by them. Excellent breakfast and great dinner, lots of choices and fairly gourmet. Great service! Recommended!

Highly recommend this hotel. Incredibly helpful/friendly staff, great breakfast, nice and clean rooms and driving service to the mountain. Convenient location, short distance from centre, ATM and store.

Un bellissimo soggiorno a Madonna di Campiglio con il gruppo dell'associazione micologica di Ancona, composto da una cinquantina di persone e da me coordinato per le attività settimanali. Attività che hanno spaziato tra passeggiate nei bellissimi boschi alla ricerca di funghi, re porcino tra tutti, ed escursioni naturalistiche in quota e non con panorami alpini mozzafiato. LHotel in pieno centro cittadino vicino alla zona pedonale, ci ha offerto sempre un servizio eccellente, dalla ricca colazione ai pasti principali (eravamo a pensione completa), sono stati soddisfatti pienamente i gusti di tutti i partecipanti. Ottimo il servizio a tavola ben coordinato dal responsabile di sala e bravo lo chef con il suo staff a deliziarci con i suoi piatti anche con la cena tipica trentina il Giovedì sera. Pulizia delle stanze e cortesia di Emanuele alla reception fanno il resto. Buona l'animazione con due serate danzanti e ottima la disponibilità degli spazi interni, piscina e sauna comprese, in cui abbiamo tenuto il Venerdì pomeriggio, un convegno con mostra micologica sui funghi raccolti. Settimana da ricordare ed incorniciare grazie anche al bel tempo che esclusa una sola giornata, ci ha accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno nella splendida località del Val Rendena. Hotel quattro stelle tute meritate.

La disponibilità del Direttore Emanuele è imbattibilile e insuperabile, sempre cortese, gentile e premuroso verso ogni nostra esigenza. L'attenzione e la gentilezza di tutto il personale di sala guidati dal Maitre Mario. Lo Chef Nicholas ci ha deliziato tutta la settimana con i suoi piatti e ampia scelta di Menu'. Una persona eccezionale. Tutto il gruppo di Grosseto e Provincia di 45 Persone è rimasto contento e soddisfatto. Avanti così! Bravi. Grazie anche a Salvatore, tutto fare sempre disponibile! Ci avete fatto trascorrere una settimana meravigliosa, coccolati in tutto e per tutto. L'Hotel è meraviglioso e vicino al Centro. Un centro benessere dotato di tutto i comfort. Complimenti al Sig.Giuseppe Tonelli, proprietario dell'Hotel per l'alta professionalità e qualità di tutto il personale. Grazie Grazie Ritorneremo senz'altro.
