Extremely friendly, very clean and an ultra organised place to stay, located not too far from Madrid, with excellent links to the capital (even on bank holidays!) The receptionists went above and beyond to be helpful to me and my son. My only gripes would be the solid bed that left me with backache on returning home and a very beige breakfast ( The nutritionist in me begs for less ultra processed options. ) Other than these, it would be worthy of a 5/5 rating!

Booked a room via a 3rd party website stating the number of adults/children. Got a very cheeky response basically saying if we turn up with that number our we wont be allowed to stay. No offer to assist with amending the booking or anything. Booked another hotel down the road who did let 6 people stay in 2 rooms.........

Este hotel es una excelente opción para alojarse. Aunque el wifi deja mucho que desear, incluso siendo Wifi 6, ya que no logra cargar ni siquiera los anuncios de YouTube, la limpieza del lugar es impecable y el hotel cuenta con un gran ventanal. Las camas son muy cómodas, aunque eché en falta enchufes en las mesitas de noche, hay suficientes por el resto de la habitación. A pesar de estar cerca de una autovía, el hotel es muy silencioso. El establecimiento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, sin sorpresas desagradables. En cuanto a la ubicación, si se viaja en transporte público, hay pocas opciones disponibles. Sin embargo, una línea de bus conecta directamente con Madrid y otra permite llegar a la Warner con solo un transbordo. Si se prefiere, un viaje en Uber desde la Warner hasta el hotel no supera los 20€. Para aquellos que viajan en coche propio, la ubicación es más que perfecta, facilitando los desplazamientos y el acceso a diferentes puntos de interés. 8,5/10 este hotel, muy simpáticos y buen precio.

Hemos dormido en este hotel viniendo de la Warner. Está al lado. Las habitación están muy limpias, con espacio suficiente. Las camas increíblemente cómodas incluida la supletoria. Hemos dormido genial. Está muy bien insonorizado. El baño está muy bien, todo muy bien limpio. Toallas suficientes que no suele ser lo habitual. La única pega es el calor, hacia muchísimo y el aire no funcionaba, ademas la ventana no se podía abrir. Pero por lo demás volveremos.
