The hotel in general smells like sewage, the duvets are too thin and not very warm for the season, the air conditioning in the room only gives heat for the first 30 minutes, maximum 20°, we asked for more duvets and they refused, just pay and They didn't even know how to calculate the value! We were very cold! Hot water only until 6pm/6:30pm, we complained and they said that the hotel couldn't guarantee hot water 24 hours a day because of the occupation! In other words, not recommended and I personally won't go to any other hotel in the group!

Nice hotel with well-kept details, good location. From arrival to check-out we were very comfortable, the room was very nice and clean, a detail in the shower, the bathtub is very slippery, you have to be careful, for the rest everything was very good, the breakfast was perfect, good service, parking at the hotel... we will repeat!!!!

Hello, I stayed one night to rest from a trip and I would not return. The room they gave me with reference that I wanted to rest and the quietest one. They put us next to the breakfast restaurant. From 7:30 in the morning there were screams from people and the noise of plates and cutlery. Then we went to breakfast and we could not stop because of the heat in that area and throughout the hotel the smell of pipes stank. To be honest, the bed and parking and the attention at reception were friendly but there was little information, unless you ask. Come on, I'm 3 stars and just enough. Rest is essential. I would not return. 🤦🤷

We stayed at this hotel on the 5th day of the tour, on the Madrid leg. There is an outlet about 1 km away. The bus closes at 22:00, 1 hour before closing time with the driver's ***. We made it there and did some shopping. You can buy really quality brands cheaply. The hotel is about 25 km away from Madrid. There are buses. #Ana at the reception was very helpful. The hotel's cafe closes at 23:00. The rooms are clean and new. We stayed on the 2nd floor. I recommend it.
