Excellent Hotel. Top !!! Ski In And Out. They Even Take Your Ski Boots And Put Them In Heat Overnight, Even For Lunch They Do. Beautiful And Very Comfortable Rooms, and The Hotel General Decor Is Amazing . Great Meals (All 3) Buffet Style However, You Can Order A La Carte As Well. Staff AMAZING.

The hotel is amazing. Personnel is friendly, skiing great, and management will stop at nothing to make you feel special. Rooms are pristine, linens are of excelence and your every need is of the matter to the people working. Congratulations!

Excellent infrastructure, amenities and specially, services! Me and my family had great times and strongly recommend the hotel. Ski in/ski out is a plus! We were very carefully treated by the staff, with special mention to Ana and Camila. We'll be back for sure.

Service team work hard to please their guests! Amazing! The room is great , renovated and all ski lifts are wonderfull. The views are so madly beutiful! Their team work hard to please kids too, the guarderia is lovely!!

The dinner is EXACTLY the same food of the lunch - REHEATED! TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Same stale bread and soggy pasta. The hotel is expensive, so we waited for, at least, a regular quality: you'd better stay at home.

Hotel de ótima qualidade. Funcionários prestativos. Falta comunicação, a sensação que dá é de que eles acham que você já foi e já conhece tudo, porque eles não explicam nada, mas o que se é perguntado, eles estão dispostos a ajudar. A refeição apesar de ser variada (cada dia um tema: asiática, européia, americana) tem sempre um toque chileno rsrs, então meio que é sempre a mesma coisa. É um hotel para quem quer praticar esportes na neve, não tem muito o que fazer fora isso. Longe da cidade.

Lo recomiendo de todas maneras. El hotel está precioso, la decoración de los pasillos, el restaurant, la sala de estar, con una iluminación muy cuidada, realmente es un placer. La comida estuvo exquisita, con un buffet súper variado, entretenido, y unos postres a otro nivel, súper originales y muy bien logrados. La atención siempre excelente, tanto de parte de los mozos, de las mucamas, la gente de recepción, los guías súper preocupados y bien preparados. Muy lindo el spa y los masajes fueron hechos por gente muy profesional. Y destaco además la gentileza y entrega de la Sra Anita y del Sr José Francisco, la gerenta de hospitalidad y el gerente general, que se mostraron muy preocupados por un accidente que tuvo nuestra hija en las pistas de esquí y nos dieron todo su apoyo y mostraron una enorme disposición para ayudarnos en todo sentido. Ambos siempre visibles y atentos en distintas áreas del hotel, preocupados de que todo funcione correctamente. Como elementos a mejorar, la sala de estar se queda chica a ratos, y los bebestibles, un poco caros para lo que son (el pisco sour no tan bueno, los jugos no siempre ricos, la limonada amarga, el Aperol spritz sin gas).

Una maravillosa,a experiencia, le doy un 10 de 10 , todo perfecto. Muy buena atención, tiene bastante entretencion sin tener que salir del recinto. Muy buena comida, variada y excelente servicio. Nos fuimos con ganas de volver. Esta vez vamos con toda la familia.
