Impossible to be three star, tiny room, no drinking glass, only a hand towel, seriously in need of refurbishment. Food standard equally poor, staff helpful but under significant pressure. There were three of us staying in three seperate rooms, each of us felt the same, or even worse. A phone booking had been made some twelve days previously of which no record had been maintained. The main resteranunt was closed and the area around the bar where we had our dinner was cold and draughty

We ate from the menu and everything was spectacular. The charcoal-grilled chicken was very good and served in large quantities. The salad and the salmorejo were also very good. Hemos estado una noche en el hotel. Fuimos allí porque aceptan mascotas y siempre viajamos con nuestro perro. A primera vista nos gustó mucho. La habitación con camas cómodas, pero no había agua caliente en la ducha, se lo comenté en recepción pero no hicieron nada. En cuanto a la cena, dió la casualidad que tenían una comida de familia, con gente que trabaja en el hotel, por lo que la música estaba fuerte, y quitando la camarera, el resto de personas que estaban atendiendo en el bar-restaurante estaban más pendientes de las personas de la fiesta que de los clientes; tardaron en servirnos, cuando lo hicieron, el servicio en mesa también tardó y la carne dura y pasada de hecha. Espero que fuera porque coincidió con una comida familiar, pero... hay más hoteles en esa zona, no volveré a repetir.

Nous n'avons pas couché à cet hôtel, mais nous y avons déjeuné. Restaurant typique espagnol de bord de route avec un coté bar et un coté restaurant plus chic. la nourriture n'est pas mauvaise, pas géniale non plus, C'est simple mais assez bon, et pas cher, le menu du jour est à 12,5 euros, il ne faut pas demander l'impossible à ce prix. Au final pour déjeuner sur l'autoroute, ce restaurant n'est pas mal.

Lamentable atencion, no se si por falta de personal o por mala educación y profesionalidad. Entras en un restaurante a comer y parece que no eres bienvenido. 90 minutos para 3 menús. Los primeros no llegan a la vez y los segundos pidiendolos a mano alzada, lamentable.
