The hotel is located on the territory of the elephant nursery, conveniently, since the elephants are taken to bathe at 8.30, 6 elephants. And at 10.00 a large group with babies. You can come before the main crowd of tourists and see and photograph the elephants, and feed them. We arrived in the evening at 18.00. We checked in, the only thing they asked for was a receipt for payment, we didn’t find it right away, so we changed the SIM card at the airport. But they checked us in and waited until we found the receipt. So everything was already closed, we went to have dinner at a restaurant by the river. We took rice with pork and beef, the rice was tasty, but the meat was overcooked and tough. We paid more than the cost of the dishes, but we didn’t wait for the change of almost 1000 rupees. The hotel was clean but tired, there was no shampoo, only soap. There was a kettle, since we took it without breakfast, we drank coffee in strip bags. (we took it with us) Very good, friendly staff. Close the doors and windows, we went to bed and at 24:00 they started to break into the balcony door, pull the handle, then ran along the roof and started to pull the front door by the handle. We realized by the shadow near the door that it was a monkey.. I recommend the hotel. Although there are cheaper ones. More expensive by the river, in principle it is not necessary, everything is available anyway.
