服務員主動幫我升級了一房一廳。第二天還辦理了延遲退房，服務態度非常好。酒店坐落於五指山風景區內，環境非常好，酒店提供游泳池和晚上温泉，在這度假和康養都非常合適。

總體上差點意思。
1.床下很臟，電話給前台。前台説服務員吃午飯去了，吃完就來。但是沒有來打掃衞生。
2.需要加一套洗漱用品，但是沒有浴巾。服務生説用完了，沒有多餘的。但這是温泉酒店，怎麼可能沒有多餘的浴巾，有點侮辱人的意思。我去前台要，前台當場就給我拿了浴巾，那為何服務生就説沒有呢？！
3.其他都是小毛病。電梯沒空調；一樓大堂的經理不會主動幫顧客拿行李，行李再多也不會幫忙，反倒是對停車要求很高。7點開始早餐，但是715了還沒有擺好盤子碟子和食物。
4.不能算盤否定這酒店，前台還是很熱情的。

酒店位置絕佳，就在景區門口，出行超方便。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，晚上泡在湯泉裏，一天的疲憊瞬間消散，簡直太愜意了。前台小姐姐熱情周到，服務超貼心。強烈推薦給大家！

房型老舊，以為買這個酒店➕套票是全包的，連去停車還要收費，一次10塊，早餐更是一言難盡，種類又少又不好吃，包子全是那種凍品！無限次湯泉就是一個游泳池，別的幾個小湯池又沒水！

房間衞生還可以，毛巾是破洞的，環境還可以，在五指山下，服務很差，前台辦理手續的大姐，業務也不熟悉，説好的贈送自助早餐，結果端上來的是一碗粥，一碗粉，還有一個雞蛋，還有2個過夜的包子.自助早餐純屬虛構 ，周圍也找不到其他早餐了，勉強吃一點填飽肚子吧.這個季節還是不能來五指山，天氣太冷，沒意思.贈送的湯泉衹有3個比澡盆大的池子有水，不是全部放水.

房間和照片一樣，很乾凈，房間很大，還有陽台。温泉不多，但有一個室外游泳池可以游泳，水挺乾淨的，送的五指石景區也很棒，天然氣氧。我們因為在景區走錯路，延時退房了，酒店也沒多收錢，點贊。
