酒店位置絕佳，就在景區門口，出行超方便。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，晚上泡在湯泉裏，一天的疲憊瞬間消散，簡直太愜意了。前台小姐姐熱情周到，服務超貼心。強烈推薦給大家！

房間衞生還可以，毛巾是破洞的，環境還可以，在五指山下，服務很差，前台辦理手續的大姐，業務也不熟悉，説好的贈送自助早餐，結果端上來的是一碗粥，一碗粉，還有一個雞蛋，還有2個過夜的包子.自助早餐純屬虛構 ，周圍也找不到其他早餐了，勉強吃一點填飽肚子吧.這個季節還是不能來五指山，天氣太冷，沒意思.贈送的湯泉衹有3個比澡盆大的池子有水，不是全部放水.

房間和照片一樣，很乾凈，房間很大，還有陽台。温泉不多，但有一個室外游泳池可以游泳，水挺乾淨的，送的五指石景區也很棒，天然氣氧。我們因為在景區走錯路，延時退房了，酒店也沒多收錢，點贊。

房間乾淨衞生，湯泉泡澡舒服！酒店位置離五指石景區很近，出行方便，停車位很多。前台小姐姐熱情，求助迴應速度快。早餐的湯粉和炒粉都是值得推薦的。
小建議:
1.客房走廊晚上會比較暗，建議開兩側的燈。
2.晚上，邊上客房開着房門高淡闊論，聲音吵鬧，還伴隨抽煙。可以排除一下干擾！

廁所吊頂漏水，洗手枱水量大些就容易濺水到衣服上。床鋪底下有死蟑螂，整個房間比較潮濕。陽台感覺沒清掃，拖鞋有很大的臭味。前台服務態度不大好，比較不耐煩。早餐比較簡單。整體體驗感較差。

房間因為是地毯 房間比較老舊 但是工作人員的態度都很好 泳池是一大亮點 全天候開放 沒有刺鼻的藥水味 是山泉水 周邊吃飯的地方都不錯 離五子山很近

離五指石景區很近，房間乾淨整潔，空間大，採光好。酒店的泳池清澈見底，孩子們玩得很開心。晚上泡湯泉，簡直不要太舒服。非常適合全家出行。下次還會再來！
