隔音太差，隔壁一羣人喝多了發瘋打電話前台也不管，説是沒有保安，入住的時候給兩個卡也不説明哪個卡是電梯卡哪個是房卡、入住後房間還有蟲子，我就想問作為一個全國連鎖酒店難道就不進行消殺嗎？
