Very comfortable hotel with a super breakfast.
Room is very clean and the area is very quite. The staff is very kind. The only remarks are on the shower that isn't working perfectly (at least in my room).

It’s one of the best best hotel in that city , I went there with my family , we had a very good stay there , I was looking for the food and the front desk helped me with that , hope they can allow foreigners as well

It was my first time to come to Pingyi on a business trip from Shanghai. My friend booked a hotel at Wanda Hotel. I didn’t expect this hotel to be so high-end and cost-effective. The smart guest control system, smart toilet, and toiletries turned out to be century-old Italian brands after checking online. . The room is super big, highly recommended.

物品遺失在酒店，100% 確定！但店方推卸責任，僅以阿姨確實沒看到為由拒絕賠償。根據《民法典》第897條，酒店對客人遺留物品負有保管義務。酒店聲稱“所有遺留物均拍照上報”，但未能提供我房間的查房記錄或查房時監控證明，涉嫌未履行合理檢查職責，請酒店提供查房時房間內的視頻！
另外，監控已經顯示入住時穿着了丟失的衣服，但退房時未穿着，可間接證明衣物可能遺留在房間內。但酒店矢口否認，已經從預設立場上認為我在無理取鬧。我從上海自駕來山東，為了 500 塊錢的衣服跟你們在這邊過家家？
房間本身也有問題，第一，地毯有異味，睡覺時聞着腳臭味特別明顯，僅限 1327 房間，僅限 5 月 1 號當天。
第二，房間熱水忽冷忽熱不穩定，洗澡體驗一般。
第三，智能馬桶不好用，感應開蓋不太靈，使用時偶爾抽風自動合蓋。
第四，空調控制面板極難用，調温度它給你調風量，調風量它給你調温度，也僅限 1327 房間！
作為一個攜程 4 鑽商家，服務意識極差，跟我對接也都衹有前台跟我溝通，最後結果就是酒店沒問題，你自認倒黴算了。

衞生：房間衞生不錯，沒有異味。
設施：酒店外觀不錯，但是走進去感覺有點味道。房間空間挺大，但是洗澡水很不好，龍頭亂噴。
服務：酒店收取按金，且退非常麻煩。打電話催了2次才給退。體驗巨差！忘記了不就白白被扣錢了？
