I had a wonderful stay at Pingyao Ancient City Xinhaosheng Hotel in April 2024. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and my room was upgraded. The room was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the hotel courtyard. Overall, I highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

地理位置好，位於古城東大街！離日升昌票號，明清老街都很近！開車來古城旅遊的話提前跟前台打電話會告訴你們離最近的停車場！房間乾淨整潔，院子也很漂亮拍照打卡很美。晚上夜景很棒，值得推薦！

房間很大超喜歡！一進屋很！老闆人很好！屋子每天都收拾，打掃很乾凈！房間內需要的用品牙刷毛巾都會更換，瓶裝水在樓下老闆前台隨時取用。需要接站的話要提前聯繫老闆。附近全是好吃的館子！！離日升昌票號明清老街非常近去古城各個景點步行可達。晚上很安靜！老闆會詳細介紹古城各個景點遊玩路線，吃飯提住店名字可以打折！客棧非常好！大炕超舒服！ 晚上可以看燈光秀，非常好看！！！看又見平遙演出可以找老闆訂！🈶優惠哦 山西非常好！退房送了醋！有機會再來玩！

很糟糕的一次體驗。 第一：酒店在古城最中心的位置，進古城衹能步行，步行進去大概1.1公里，觀光電動車是不拉的，路上看到很多家民宿都會騎電動車幫忙拉行李，但是這家店在我明確提出請求後還是拒絕了，所以行李多，或者不想拎包走20分鐘的不推薦。 第二：酒店隔音差，就在一樓，外面的人説話聽的特別清楚，民宿有旅拍的業務，所以一大早上就會有人在門外拍照特別影響人休息，所以睡眠質量不好，睡眠淺的旅客不推薦。 第三：房間廁所水特別小，洗澡特別折磨，水龍頭出來的水也很小，詳細情況可以看圖片。晚上需要洗澡，特別是洗頭的女性朋友不推薦。 第四：房間沒有瓶裝飲用水，沒有餐巾紙，衹有廁紙，窗台上放了一個看起來很臟的裝了水的壺我不知道是不是來給人喝的，我們衹能自己在外面超市買的幾瓶水回來，所以對不想喝不明水源水的人不推薦。 第五：最離譜的一條，房間的櫃子裏有一條不明的紅色內褲，圖片裏有拍到，我可以發誓如果這條內褲是我們入住的幾個人的任何一個人的物品我窮一輩子，並且床上不知道為什麼會有假睫毛（假睫毛沒拍照，太膈應直接丟了），請問酒店在上一批客人退房後是否有過清潔工作和檢查有沒有上一位客人的遺失物品的工作呢？所以有潔癖的旅客特別不推薦入住！ 最後請商家收起自己的傲慢，既然靠遊客賺錢，旺季800多塊錢一晚的房間住的起的人大把的有，但是在做生意的同時請不要將遊客當作挨宰的魚，能坑一個是一個的心態希望改正。（如有客人預訂看到這條評論，請一定注意看商家一旦預訂不支持退款！！！！！請後面要來玩的朋友仔細確認自己的行程和需求後再進行預訂）匿名評論是不想被騷擾，不是同行，純純遊客，希望大家出來旅行都有美好的住宿體驗）
