The hotel is beautifully decorated with la terns and the ascetic the host is very welcoming and helped us to arrange transport and guide us where to explore within Pingyao Great Wall. The only iisue we hve is that tge is not enough walk space in front of the bed and tge bathroom is always wet probably beacuse the bad drainage whi h need go be fixed..

設施 方面： 四合院 古建築外表美觀大氣 樓上樓下兩層樓 全是木質結構 外觀特別漂亮
環境方面：院內院外佈局恰當合理 早晨能聽見鳥叫的美聲 的確能感受到鳥語花香 飯更香 感覺
衞生方面： 室內外衞生乾淨整潔 人一進門就能感受到涼爽舒覺
服務方面：服務周到 老闆會親自駕車接客人的 老闆和其他工作人員都相當好 平易近人 説話温馨可親 熱情好客 個個都是面帶笑容 對出進的客人打招呼

房間非常滿意，還給我們免費升級了一下.前台服務熱心周到.最值得一誇的是酒店環境，非常非常不錯，感覺像穿越到回了古代，很有中式氣息.白天在院子裏品茗賞花，晚上在院子裏乘涼賞月，別有一番風味.

帶媽媽來山西旅遊，平遙古城停留二天，網上挑選了很久，被環境圖片吸引，選了程家老院，特地選了有大炕的房間，讓媽媽感受一下。首先，圖片即所見，院子真的很美，晚上紅燈籠亮起更美，太有大院的味道了，其次，服務也很好，我們到城門聯繫了就來接我們進城，還給我們提箱子，入住時就給了地圖，給講解院子的位置和怎麼逛古城，我説想請講解也是馬上給我聯繫好了講解員，講解員也超級滿意的，不但講解景點的內容，我問了問題還能延伸給我講題外內容。前台還有又見平遙的優惠價可以買，吃飯也有古城最好的幾家飯店的折扣券送，我們二天吃飯都用上了。我們退房的時候，來二樓給我提箱子下樓，還給我們叫了車送我們去高鐵站，錢也沒收，我真的太不好意思了，媽媽也是滿意至極，以後要是再來或者朋友來都會推薦哦！

房間很整潔，很乾凈真是酒香不怕巷子深小院環境非常好，院內就能拍照🤳很方便很清靜，離各個景點也很近，老闆人都很好，還幫忙找導遊和車很不錯 還會再次選擇的。

因為姓氏的原因所以選擇了這家看網評有特色的民宿。可以換裝但衹能在院子裏。衞生間比較小可能是因為老宅的原因。這裏以前是錢莊所以退房時老闆送了一張複印紙的銀票作為伴手禮。就一張紙讓我開心很久。
