It is marked as a five-star hotel on Ctrip, and it is just a quick hotel at best. First of all, it was very noisy downstairs. There was a karaoke bar that was very loud and stayed late. The hotel's soundproofing was very poor and it was very noisy. I saw that some customers had reported this problem in 2020, and the hotel also promised to rectify it. It seems that it was just talk. . There was a window in our room that couldn't be closed tightly. I went downstairs and looked for the front desk. The waiter said that someone would take a look at it, but then it was gone. No one was there to repair it until we left the hotel. The bath towels were all black (I compared the bath towels to the sheets in the photo), and we didn't dare to use them. The breakfast was not rich. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:40, and the fried dough sticks and millet porridge were gone. I asked the waiter if they could refill them, and was told that they couldn't. Later, when we were almost done eating, they came over and said they could refill them. The service is still rather perfunctory. There were so many small fruit flies on the cantaloupe (please see the photo) that the overall hygiene was worrisome. I was also given two cups of hot milk before going to bed at night, and I could feel that the hotel wanted to do a good job. But you can’t run a hotel just by giving away some things. You should also improve your internal strength. Five-star hotels have requirements in terms of service, personnel quality, and overall facilities. It is also recommended that hotels learn from experience to provide tourists with good services, so that they can become better and better.

It was a very satisfying stay. The guy at the front desk was enthusiastic and helpful, running up and down with luggage, and even gave us a lot of local gifts, including sesame oil, fruit, drinks, etc. very satisfied. The photo was taken when I checked out, it was a bit messy, thanks to the staff.

Breakfast is eaten at the Pingyao Restaurant. The dishes are rich, including Pingyao beef and prawns. The downside is that the price is not cheap, but the soft water and the like are still relatively low-level chain hotel standards, and I hope it can be improved.

You can wash your car opposite the elevator. Guests staying in the hotel can wash their cars for free. The hotel's sensual lights are really speechless. They light up at the slightest sound and stay on, unable to be turned off. I had to hold my breath to keep it from lighting up, it was really frustrating!
