The reception was very lovely and I really enjoyed my stay. They even picked me up from the train station and arranged a ride back as well, which was very kind. The hotel is centrally located, right in the middle of the old town, and they also serve breakfast. Everything was good, and the value for money was excellent.

Great hospitality, lovely staff like the pretty receptionist Xiu Xiu and the boss that helped fetch to & fro. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is a big plus for me. The bed is so comfy and the room is nice to laze in. The courtyard is truly scenic.

Our stay at was exceptional! From the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate room, everything was perfect. The staff was attentive and always ready to help. The location was ideal, just a short walk from hotel. They even gave us vinegar for free it was unexpected and surprising.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and will definitely return in future!!

Hotel was great. Located in the center of Pingyao ancient city. The hotel provides as well a free a pick up and drop off service. Room is large and located in old-style building

The hotel is inside the ancient wall, great location. The staff is really nice and friendly. The first breakfast was not good, but we talk with the front desk and they arranged a good breakfast in our room. We got transfer from and to the train station, which is nice. And they gave us farewell gifts 😊

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Pingyao, great location, great room, beautiful architecture, and the cherry on top, the staff 👌👍👍👌 they always were attentive and ready to help with any questions, they arranged for pickup and drop off at the railway station and everything went smoothly and without any delays or issues.
