The details were perfect! After arriving at the hotel, I was surprised to find that the room I stayed in was the main room of the B&B. There was no dampness or odor common in old houses in the ancient city. The room facilities were modern and comfortable: the central air-conditioning maintained a pleasant constant temperature, the zero-pressure mattress allowed me to sleep soundly until dawn, the smart toilet and the overall bathroom were clean and convenient. If there was a shortcoming, it was that the water pressure of the shower was not enough. What is most touching is the human touch of the service! When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave us a map and helped mark the must-see spots and the best routes in the ancient city. In the morning, the lady at the front desk personally delivered a light meal to the room. When we checked out, she also gave us Pingyao specialties. Also, my mother thought the snacks in the light meal were delicious, so she asked where she could buy them. The lady immediately gave us a whole bag and said that if we needed them, they could help buy them and mail them to us, which made us feel embarrassed. Finally, I have to talk about the pick-up service. Because we were traveling by car and had a lot of luggage, the uncle made two trips back and forth. When he sent us off, he asked us in advance what time we would leave the next day. Knowing that we had a lot of luggage and would leave early, he drove us directly to the parking lot entrance at 7 in the morning - it was really warm and thoughtful. The B&B is in a prime location, within walking distance of the ancient city attractions and with abundant food nearby. In short, Tianshunyi Hotel perfectly balances historical atmosphere and living comfort, and the enthusiasm and professionalism of the service team make the journey full of warmth. The B&B is in a good location in the ancient city. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete hardware facilities and fruits prepared in advance. The store contacted the station one day in advance to pick us up. When we got to the store, they prepared a tour map of the ancient city, enthusiastically introduced the tour routes, and recommended special restaurants. Free breakfast includes milk and other snacks. The elders in the family are also very satisfied. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Pingyao next time.

I booked it for the second time because their bed is very comfortable, electric curtains, Internet TV, and it is clean and tidy. It is very convenient to wash and dry clothes. Last time, I complained that the bathroom lacked a towel rod, but this time I saw that it had been installed. It's really nice and this courtyard is located not far from the north gate of the ancient city. The ancient city is not big, and living in the ancient city is close to everywhere. The service is very good. Every time they pick you up and drop you off at the station, you feel very safe and worry-free when you come to Pingyao by train. Every time we left, we gave small local gifts. The only downside is that breakfast is packaged snacks. But it is indeed very convenient to go out for breakfast, so the disadvantages do not outweigh the advantages. I especially like to sit in the courtyard when I’m tired and make a cup of tea. It was my first time choosing a B&B and I was really satisfied. Next time I visit the ancient city, Tianshunyi will be my first choice.

The only thing is that the bathroom should add some hooks to hang clothes. It is very close to the central area, less than 500 meters away, and you can walk to various places to eat, drink and have fun.

The service is also very good. The store is located in the ancient city. The owner found a parking space outside the city and was responsible for picking up and delivering luggage.
