Absolutely amazing experience and hospitality at a beautiful guesthouse in Pingyao. The hosts were the most friendly and hospitable hosts, and helped us with all of our needs. The room was great, with a huge bed, strong wifi, and good shower. The view in the courtyard is exceptional and you could stay there all day to look at the beauty. The location is very central, near all the major sights and streets, but also tucked down a quiet street. Thank you so much to the hosts for a wonderful time and feeling like family!

Very beautiful guesthouse with amazing patios! Very nice owners! The lady can speak English and help book tours with a guide which helped us a lot. Breakfast available, both Chinese and continental. Very good location within the old city, close to one of the main streets. We loved our stay there and highly recommend this guesthouse!

Amazing stay! The best host in Pingyao;)

This is an inn formed by three courtyards connected together, with a beautiful environment. I specially chose a big kang room, which was a memory from many years ago, and it also satisfied this wish. The boss and his wife are about 50 years old. They actually taught themselves English and can communicate with foreign guests. After seeing their pleasant communication with foreigners, the two said modestly that their mouths were raw due to the epidemic in the past two years. Breakfast was added, authentic Shanxi snacks. I had dinner in the store and ordered Shanxi specialties. They were delicious and very affordable, cheaper than those on the street. The boss said that the price was reasonable because he served the guests. In the evening, I enjoyed the cool breeze in the yard, and childhood memories came to my mind.

The suite has a big kang, which is suitable for a family of four. The other sanitary services can be better. Overall, I am satisfied. The yard is nice.

We drove to Taiyuan in Hebei to take wedding photos, and then went to Pingyao Ancient City for a day. We booked this inn in advance. The proprietress was very nice. The boss picked us up at the parking lot and sent us directly to the door of the inn. His driving skills were very good 😁. We booked two rooms, but only one was available, and the other was upgraded directly. As an inn, it was very nice. Except for a little water leakage in the air conditioner, it was very good overall. When we left, we had dinner directly in the store, and the boss sent us to the city gate again. Recommended!!!

The traditional courtyard structure is suitable for costume photography, especially for Internet celebrities. The room is clean and sanitary. The location is close to South Street, making it easy to enter the ancient city at any time and live leisurely.

The yard is big, the scenery is great, and there are clothes for free, which is very good.

The boss was a very Shanxi businessman. Ctrip booked two business king-sized bed rooms and gave her a kang room. I went to her later with the pictures, and she said Ctrip had arbitrarily marked the price. The price of more than 300 yuan is not cheap, and you have to check out at 12 noon. If her yard wasn't much prettier, it wouldn't be worth it.
