We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their attentiveness and willingness to help with any request made our stay even more enjoyable. The location within the ancient city is perfect for exploring Pingyao’s historic charm. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

The owner provided very good service. Our rooms were upgraded. She also helped us organize excursions and even help send souvenirs back to my home. All in all, I would highly recommend others to stay here and enjoy a happy trip.

Hotel staff picked us up from high speed train station. Smooth check in. Proprietress arranged tours of Pingyao old town and Wang family dwelling. Breakfast was good. All in, a very pleasant stay.

酒店房間温馨，配有茶台，院落乾淨漂亮，還有一個露台可以看到城牆，硬件沒得説，很好。服務特別周到，自駕車停在古城外，酒店都接送，要去古城裡的景點，也安排車送，解決了古城內交通的問題，臨走還送了伴手禮，太貼心了。推薦推薦。

老闆娘一家人服務很好 去哪裡都可以接送 每天都笑嘻嘻的 客棧離北門近 步行幾分鐘到達 晚上睡覺很安靜 如果不喜歡住鬧市街的值得推薦 走的時候還有伴手禮很用心

看了評價才訂了這家民宿，果真沒有失望。我們無論去哪裡，老闆都會派人接送，而且房間超級大，還送了水果，早餐可以在院子裏吃也可以在房間裏吃，適合懶人。退房的時候老闆還送了酒和醋。房間還有茶台，有普洱茶葉，水是大瓶裝的礦泉水。超級棒，強烈推薦。你們肯定會驚喜的。
