民宿在三盤尾公交站（終點站）旁，看日出最方便、步行即可。房間衞生、設施、面積還可以，也提供吃飯服務，老闆娘服務態度也好，比較推薦。美中不足的是旁邊在修河堤，上午和下午都在“鐺鐺鐺”喜歡睡懶覺和午覺的謹慎選擇

公交終點站下來三盤尾就是這家民宿，離景區三盤尾也特別近。設施就是農家民宿不要報太大期待，總體算乾淨，洗澡噴淋的水蠻小的。老闆娘服務熱情。這家老闆娘家後面廚房做的海鮮特別新鮮，價格比其他島上的飯店便宜。餐飲算性價比高的，強烈推薦他家的葱油大黃魚，活的黃魚抓起來還會咕咕叫我們第一次知道。平陽炒米線/年糕他家也是最好的[微笑]

民宿的地理位置很不錯 景區巴士直達 並且直接停在民宿門口哈哈哈 步行2分鐘到達海邊 繼續走就可以到達大草坪 可惜天公不作美 我們沒看到日出
設施設備方面 作為海邊民宿 這裏比預想的好 空調給力 淋浴給力 我們很晚到達 老闆娘還開了灶頭給我們煮麪炒年糕

海島上面十一期間酒店都很貴，這家性價比比較高，衞生還可以，看日出非常方便，走上去幾分鐘，附近有吃飯的地方，早中晚都有，唯一不便的是離大沙嶴比較遠，不夠熱鬧。房間挺大的，老闆24小時開着空調，中午一進房間就很涼快

除了地理位置，真的全是坑。
房子是好幾十年的老房子了，房間裡邊有味道還爬螞蟻。
吃飯也是各種貴，而且價格不怎麼透明。
但是地理位置是真的好，看日出很方便，周邊可以找地方下到海邊趕海抓螃蟹和小魚小蟹。
交通也還可以，人雖多但是來車很快，司機開車很快。

地理位置不錯，公交站終點站，下車就是住處。第二天看日出很方便，出門右拐上山就行。早餐必吃糯米飯，香。旺季漲價也合理。

地理位置很棒，看日出步行十幾分鍾就行。民宿直接有飯吃，也很不錯很好吃。民宿設施有點老，被子上污漬挺明顯的，電視看不了
