服務態度極差，諮詢過程中，前台的態度愛答不理，一句所謂的老闆規定給予回絕！納悶是哪個大老闆？給予員工這樣的培訓方式，以這樣的服務待人？讓員工如此有底氣？一個以度假村為目的地遊玩場所，也不過如此！

淋浴的噴頭都發黴了。上一個客人的髮圈都還掛在那裡。。衞生就挺差，床很硬。但是這個價格來説還是很便宜ba。還是把衞生搞搞好ba。民宿吃飯的性價比還是很高的。泳池水很臟。。

所有景區都沒營業，吃飯沒地方吃玩沒地方玩餐廳沒開業，想過去游泳説泳池種菜了，都不會提前説下掀開被子還有小昆蟲真的是奔潰啊

#好評#對床品舒適度，房內採光，安全性，鄰近活動滿意；无论住宿还是周边的环境都很优雅幽静，无论是一个人还是携带家人，都是身心最好的去处。
小木屋的设计也很让人舒服内部的设施完善，居住方便。
服务人员真诚、贴心、热心，让人有回家的亲切感。
特别是离主景区很近，可以步行游玩东西洞景区，包括瀑布群、仙姑洞、会文书院、观音洞等景观。
非常好的体验，下次还会再来！
