酒店裝修老、舊、臟，同樓棟有温莎KTV場所入住後根本無法休息，半夜三更還在鬼哭狼嚎，酒店房間燈不亮、排氣扇開關壞了也不修，床墊更是軟塌塌讓人睡後腰酸背疼，簡直倒貼錢都不能入住的垃圾酒店。
