“這次入住體驗太棒了！預到關懷短訊提前確認需求，到店後check in高效又貼心，還送了奉茶/暖心水解乏。房間氣味清新怡人，空調靜音運行，隔音效果超好，完全聽不到樓道聲音。硬件設施齊全，電視投屏追劇超爽，藍牙音響聽歌氛圍感拉滿。床上用品柔軟舒適，布草潔凈如新，清潔度無可挑剔。客用品品質一流，牙刷和沐浴露都很好用。路遇問好熱情周到，員工微笑服務讓人倍感温馨——服務細節滿分，強烈推薦這家店！

從來沒住過這麼差的亞朵酒店，我一直在攜程平台上訂酒店，其實很感謝這個平台能訂到一些比較優質的酒店 ，但是這是最差的一次體驗，不管是，衞生，還是設施都非常差.房間被套有血跡，客房檢查都這麼敷衍嗎，當天 20 多度的天結果衹能開制熱，晚上睡覺熱**，結果就是給一把小電風扇，早上起床一身汗，衞生問題給的補償就是一點零食.前台服務都挺好的，就是那個前廳經理 做事真的是很敷衍，我都退房走了結果第二天早上才跟我説知道這件事情，請問是不上班的嗎？當天就讓人家小姑娘跑來跑去 ，自己都看不見. 解決事情的態度可以説很敷衍了，唯一好的就是給前台服務點個好評

前台小姐姐服務超級好的，早上的早餐也好吃，樓層很高，特別安靜，空調很安靜，沒有噪音，衞生也很乾凈，隔音效果很好，睡覺很安心，隔音好聽不到外面的聲音，開房的時候還倒了茶喝，睡的很舒服，空調聲音很靜，聽不到馬路上的聲音，還多送了兩瓶水給我，服務超級棒呢，回家一樣的感覺，周邊都很方便，有商場可以逛，退房還送了暖心水給我，還是温的暖心水，太喜歡這家酒店了，喝多了來住的，服務特別棒，看我喝多了，還給我泡了蜂蜜水，送到房間，一下子舒服了不少，超級推薦這家酒店，給前台小姐姐們，點個贊，下次還來。喝了酒晚上胃不舒服，還送了暖胃粥給我喝，點贊，服務的很到位。

前台小姐姐 立馬安排 過年期間客房&前台都很忙 還跟我多套了床乾淨的被子
到酒店時下雨 又陰冷 又難停車
最後前台小姐姐自己冒着雨過來找位置讓我們停

去萍鄉出差，選了這家酒店，價格應該是天虹這邊最貴的了，房間挺大的，但是衞生真的是要注意了，特別是床品，枕頭皺的就像睡過的一樣，有一個枕頭有幾處污漬，打開被子能看到有頭髮黑印在床單上，牀頭櫃旁邊的地上應該是沒有拖乾淨，開始很好奇，牀頭櫃為什麼有耳塞，後面才發現旁邊應該是有KTV，非常的吵，可以聽歌聽到凌晨，第二天去吃早餐，品種挺豐富的，早上的米麪聽説是特色，吃了一碗，和廣東的河粉非常像。還是加強管理吧，不然真是對不起這個價格。

環境設施很好， 前台很好， 位置很好天虹方便，
衞生很馬虎， 續房不換毛巾床單（其實不換可以，但是上面頭髮什麼的 甩一下再捲回去可以吧！），掃地也是局部掃，
