前台服務態度特別好，一走進大廳就很禮貌問好，打招呼，離店的時候還送了一瓶暖心水，服務超級好，路過的走廊，大廳，電梯，工作人員都會禮貌問好，房間衞生乾淨整潔，床上用品很舒適，早餐很美味豐富。

從來沒住過這麼差的亞朵酒店，我一直在攜程平台上訂酒店，其實很感謝這個平台能訂到一些比較優質的酒店 ，但是這是最差的一次體驗，不管是，衞生，還是設施都非常差.房間被套有血跡，客房檢查都這麼敷衍嗎，當天 20 多度的天結果衹能開制熱，晚上睡覺熱**，結果就是給一把小電風扇，早上起床一身汗，衞生問題給的補償就是一點零食.前台服務都挺好的，就是那個前廳經理 做事真的是很敷衍，我都退房走了結果第二天早上才跟我説知道這件事情，請問是不上班的嗎？當天就讓人家小姑娘跑來跑去 ，自己都看不見. 解決事情的態度可以説很敷衍了，唯一好的就是給前台服務點個好評

去萍鄉出差，選了這家酒店，價格應該是天虹這邊最貴的了，房間挺大的，但是衞生真的是要注意了，特別是床品，枕頭皺的就像睡過的一樣，有一個枕頭有幾處污漬，打開被子能看到有頭髮黑印在床單上，牀頭櫃旁邊的地上應該是沒有拖乾淨，開始很好奇，牀頭櫃為什麼有耳塞，後面才發現旁邊應該是有KTV，非常的吵，可以聽歌聽到凌晨，第二天去吃早餐，品種挺豐富的，早上的米麪聽説是特色，吃了一碗，和廣東的河粉非常像。還是加強管理吧，不然真是對不起這個價格。

服務很差，等了很久才給辦入住，要個睡袍還説訂的房型沒有。價格也不低。在其他地方住的亞朵都會配備，沒放的話，和前台説也會立馬送過來，這家極其不像亞朵服務
