退房的時候房卡忘記拿出來了，放在了房間裏面，結果查房的説找不到房卡了，不知道房卡怎麼在房間裏面無緣無故，房間也處於關門狀態，後來前台打電話聯繫説叫50塊的房卡費，等找到了就退回來，但後面就沒聯繫了，中間找不找我也不知道，我也不續住了，沒有理由把房卡帶走，花那50冤枉錢，
