酒店位於憑祥火車站旁邊，出門就是南大街，對面有銀行，旁邊有超市和飯店，北進鬧市區，南下友誼關，都很方便。
環境：雖然在火車站附近，但並不吵鬧。
服務：服務人員非常有禮貌，對習俗，問路和購買的商品都會提供很好的意見。早餐是中餐，味道很不錯。
衞生：衞生狀況不錯，幾乎一塵不染。

按四星級的標準肯定是差遠了，總體上有以下幾點問題：
1. 設施老舊，衞生打掃的還算ok，以200元級別的標準來看，床品被服，後裝的空調等還是可以的。
2.管理：攜程上已經預付了近四百的房費，大床房預留整晚，結果晚上1點到達的時候被告知僅剩一間雙床，最後發現還是無窗的。衞生間乾濕分區，乾的地方全是水，馬桶下水噪音持續，那效果很震撼。具體是酒店管理問題還是攜程問題尚不明確。
3.出差順道，房價不貴的情況下可選。不要抱有太大期待，這房間除了床睡着還算舒服，還算乾淨，其他吧都是招待所水平。可見四星是酒店建設之初滿足的星級，隨着設施老舊，管理經營不善，捨不得後期維護投入等因素，現如今基本上淪為快捷酒店的水平了。
