這次跟朋友出來選隨便選擇了家酒店，入住體驗非常不錯，顛覆了對之前酒店的想象，從走進大堂的那一刻起，細膩的服務前台小姐姐笑容超甜，服務超讚快速辦理入住的同時還貼心詢問有沒有喜歡的樓層房號，按照個人喜歡開房。酒店設施齊全也很完善洗衣機烘乾機，停車場，餐廳啥的都有。環境優美房間寬敞明亮，還有落地窗，風景也不錯，床品柔軟得像躺在雲朵裏，一夜好眠到天亮。洗浴用品全都比較乾淨衞生，還有早餐可以提前訂購，位置也不錯，出行非常方便，性價比超高，既有品質價格也合適，下次來這邊玩，會再來的。

這個價格，有雙早，能停車，洗浴水夠熱夠大，就還不錯了。當然，酒店不是新的，設施也不是新的，但衞生和服務還是可以進一步改進的，比如，馬桶圈上有尿跡，前台老見不着人，這就不太好。

不錯就在路邊，對門就是縣城政府部門，停車就在門口，有電梯，房間也大，乾淨，還是挺滿意的的出門方便，外面有早餐賣，去九寨溝第一站就住這裏，方便，必經之路

1.衞生還是不錯，沒有我想的那種洗漱台縫裡有發黴的情況，也沒有太大的異味2.早上六點多七點就開始廚房備菜，切菜，咚咚咚，給前台打了兩個電話，沒人接，冷颼颼的從床上起來親自去前台發現前台根本沒人，七點了，不僅沒有值守人員，就算不在也可以把電話連成自己的手機，反正就是找人找不到，電話也沒人接！那客人有需求怎麼辦？找誰？別説什麼暫時不在啥的，我從打了電話到自己去一樓足足有十分鐘吧重點！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！3.迫不得已去找廚房的位置，找到了，我開口第一句問：阿姨什麼時候能切完？咚咚咚根本沒法睡”工作人員説：別人都沒有反應，就你一個人説吵着了”八點要吃飯我不現在切菜我八點再切蠻？？語氣很不友善，好像我還吵着她切菜了。意思是要吃飯，那客人就不用睡覺了是吧？？？你開餐館還是酒店的，吃飯睡覺衹能佔一頭？？？那態度那語氣我以為她是老闆，我以為我才是工作人員我來給她解決問題的！！！4.總的來説隔音極差，外面阿姨打掃衞生推車都能聽見！！！有人聊天也能聽見！！！樓下餐廳挪個凳子我樓上都能聽見，就這麼誇張！！！最後酒店給出的解決辦法是退了我30元，説我沒吃早飯。
