酒店位置不錯，在涪江邊，古城牆也在旁邊，周邊是居民區，小吃店和飯店比較多，離報恩寺大概15分鐘。酒店有兩層樓配有電梯方便上下。早餐是簡餐品種不多。房間小而緊湊無異味。

房間安靜整潔，設施完善，床品舒適，旁邊可以停車，客棧有自己的咖啡廳，適合發呆，出門就是河邊，附近也有各種吃飯的場所，價格合適。

服務相當糟糕，一羣沒有任何酒店管理經驗的人，服務員也是沒有培訓過，服務員一問三不知，我們在他們酒店買了四瓶啤酒，我買的單，後來我老公退了一瓶啤酒，服務員告訴他，退款通過微信原路返回了。由於我沒在退酒現場，不知曉他退酒的事，我也沒收到任何退款，直到第二天退房離開了，我老公才問起我這事，我一臉茫然。
其實一瓶啤酒錢不重要，衹是感覺他們工作態度有問題。
其次就是早餐，明明已經滿房了，第二天的早餐不合理計劃，搞得就像在搶飯吃一樣，八點半去吃早餐，就啥都見底了，品種單一，分量嚴重不足。
個人感受，僅供參考。

環境挺好。在河邊上，停車也方便，早餐雖然很簡單，但是能吃飽，土豆絲很可口，唯一不太滿意的是房間一進去有很大的返味兒。

在旅途中偶然遇到的在一間客棧，超出了預期，非常滿意，服務態度好，裝修得也很有感覺，樓下有個小咖啡館，門口有條河，傍晚坐在河邊喝個咖啡，超級放鬆，走兩步就是古城牆
