Hotels in Main Street Kenting, Pingtung

Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area.

The place is very central and you can experience and access the night market easier. A very plus point and it is not facing, it is 1 street behind and you also can access the beach. However, there is no swimming as there is a warning of strong under current. The rooms are clean but there is no room tidying, you have to call the front desk for a hot water flask and tea sachets. They don't provide any coffee. There is a central water dispenser. The room configuration is proper with the toilet and its accessibility is nicely constructed. The only thing that did not go so well is the air-conditioning. It can only go to 21*C. Anything lower would require it to stress itself and you with the noise of overdrive. For food, it is not an issue if you are not fussy. If you are more western, there is a McDonald's and an Italian (lunch onwards). Else you can take a bus down to 恒春. There are a lot of buses that plough this route and you can get the timing from the application via scanning the QR code. As this is a small town, most of the transactions are in cash. You can either bring it with you or take it from the ATM at the 7-Eleven in the town.

It was right near the bus stop, so it was easy to get to anywhere. It was also close to the sea, so I went there to watch the sunset every day. When I returned after the sunset, the night market had already started, so I had dinner there. There was a Family Mart downstairs, so it was convenient because you can go there quickly if you need something. There were some days when it was rainy and windy, probably because of the typhoon, but I was able to watch Japanese movies and anime on TV and spend the day relaxing in my room. It was unfortunate that I encountered a cockroach only once.

For the price, the room is clean and comfortable, and the CP value is very high! It is very convenient to stroll around Kenting Street and find food! The service staff is very friendly. I will definitely book a room here when I come to Kenting next time!

Discrimination 100% . Receptionist call us without any hesitations and with a high voice asking about the wrong parking of other people, and because we are not ********* so it happens they assume it's ours.Imagine calling in the middle of rest time 12 midnight! Without even saying excuse me and sorry.

Stayed here because we were participating in the Ironman 70.3 Kenting. Perfect for the race as the start, transition and finish are all within the hotel. We got a room on the first floor which proved to be the most ideal as it is on the same level as breakfast, the race expo as well as the finish area. However if you prefer a quiet room, then ask for a different floor. Rooms are very large and amenities are generously provided. Despite the size of the property, staff are efficient and very helpful.

It takes about 70 minutes to get to Kenting Pailou by taking the Kenting Express bus from near Kunryo Station. I arrived at the hotel in ５ minutes on foot from the place of getting off. He was a cat-loving owner. The seafood restaurant Kachin recommended by the owner was good for dinner ... It was delicious and reasonable price 👍 By the way, it is close to the cherry blossom nose park, and it is good to enjoy sightseeing in about 15 〜 20 minutes from the bus stop in the center of Kenting Street.

It is very close to Kenting Main Street, just outside the gate. The environment is also very clean and comfortable. It is very suitable for a B&B when traveling to Kenting to relax. The parking lot is right next to it, which is very convenient.

A super beautiful B&B! I booked an independent swimming pool room on the top floor this time. As soon as the elevator opened the door, I was shocked to see the room. It was a super beautiful room with a private pool and an unparalleled sea view! I don’t want to go out in the room at all, it’s so enjoyable! I will definitely come to this one again next time!
