Pingtung Hengchun Town Hotels

The hotel is an old hotel, but it has been slightly renovated. The space is not very large. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. There is a parking lot, the bathroom has a large amount of water, and it is close to the old city gate for shopping. There is also a Quanlian nearby, and there is a night market on Sunday night.

It was right near the bus stop, so it was easy to get to anywhere. It was also close to the sea, so I went there to watch the sunset every day. When I returned after the sunset, the night market had already started, so I had dinner there. There was a Family Mart downstairs, so it was convenient because you can go there quickly if you need something. There were some days when it was rainy and windy, probably because of the typhoon, but I was able to watch Japanese movies and anime on TV and spend the day relaxing in my room. It was unfortunate that I encountered a cockroach only once.

Very satisfied in every aspect! The room was clean and quiet. The location is convenient. There is a large supermarket (Quanlian Welfare Center) within five minutes of walking out. There are many delicious restaurants in the streets next to it Recommend Tianyou Thai shrimp and grilled fish are also delicious The price/performance ratio is very good. At this price, you can only stay in a youth hostel in Taipei. It’s very enjoyable. I’ll come back next time! ! ! ! ! !

The place is very central and you can experience and access the night market easier. A very plus point and it is not facing, it is 1 street behind and you also can access the beach. However, there is no swimming as there is a warning of strong under current. The rooms are clean but there is no room tidying, you have to call the front desk for a hot water flask and tea sachets. They don't provide any coffee. There is a central water dispenser. The room configuration is proper with the toilet and its accessibility is nicely constructed. The only thing that did not go so well is the air-conditioning. It can only go to 21*C. Anything lower would require it to stress itself and you with the noise of overdrive. For food, it is not an issue if you are not fussy. If you are more western, there is a McDonald's and an Italian (lunch onwards). Else you can take a bus down to 恒春. There are a lot of buses that plough this route and you can get the timing from the application via scanning the QR code. As this is a small town, most of the transactions are in cash. You can either bring it with you or take it from the ATM at the 7-Eleven in the town.

The hotel has diverse facilities and is very suitable for the whole family. The environment is also very clean. It is very close to the city for eating and shopping. The best thing is that the hotel has a restaurant and P U B!

Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area.

B&B on the beach! The room has a balcony, so you can see the beach, and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset. I sat on the balcony and had a relaxing morning coffee. The room was clean, and there were free drinks, ice cream, and snacks in the lobby, which you can enjoy from 8:30 to 21:00! The night market is only a 3-minute walk away, so it's a great location! You can smoke on the balcony, so it's comfortable for smokers! I don't like the smell of cigarettes, so it was a little disappointing. Check-in and check-out are from 14:00 to 11:00. I would like to use it again when I visit!

All facilities and equipment are good. The housekeeping is also clean. The location is good. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit weak. I will stay again if I have a chance. The price for consecutive holidays is a bit expensive, but it is reasonable. It’s just that the price for children aged 6 is a bit high. It is recommended to stay on weekdays.

Discrimination 100% . Receptionist call us without any hesitations and with a high voice asking about the wrong parking of other people, and because we are not ********* so it happens they assume it's ours.Imagine calling in the middle of rest time 12 midnight! Without even saying excuse me and sorry.
