The first time I went to Xiaoliuqiu, it happened to coincide with the local King's Welcome Festival, which happens every three years. All water activities were cancelled, but I also encountered a more rare festival experience.
The lady boss was very nice and explained in great detail to us who were visiting Xiaoliuqiu for the first time, including the scenic spots in Xiaoliuqiu and the King's Welcome Festival activities.
