Hello! We are Minimi Sail Rock Beach House!
We’re located right across from Sail Rock Beach, just a one-minute walk to reach the sand and enjoy the sun and sea views.
Our guesthouse features a clean and refreshing white arched exterior, instantly giving you the feeling of a seaside vacation as soon as you arrive.
On the first floor, we have an outdoor lawn area equipped with lounge chairs and shaded seating, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a sunbath with the scent of ocean breeze and fresh grass.
The first-floor lobby is styled with a vintage American industrial flair—with antler-shaped lights, leather sofas, iron chairs, a large central wooden table, and greenery that softens the industrial vibe. The space feels both stylish and warm.
Each of our rooms is themed and named after famous beaches around the world, reflecting our location at Sail Rock Beach. Rooms are primarily decorated in white tones, complemented by carefully selected and custom-made furniture to bring out each room’s beach theme—so you can feel the vacation mood as soon as you step inside.

• No private parking spaces.
• Breakfast: We serve a set breakfast which includes a main dish (sandwich or burger), side dishes (salad, fruit, yogurt or oatmeal), and one drink.

🌞🌞I went to this hotel for this breakfast basket and view😍Minimi really likes it~‼ ️Super recommended💗Everything about the room is super great! It's super close to the beach. It only takes 1 minute to walk there. And when you come back, you can wash your feet first on the first floor.
