I booked the scuba diving revision and fun diving courses in end-Sep 2024. The moment I came in their “classroom” (where students and instructors get diving equipment), I found it extremely chaotic and messy. Instructors were impatient and always on the run. They were not willing to solve your problems or answer your questions. The wet suit they provided was torn Their website said they will keep instructor-student ratio at 1:3. This is misleading. Not even a single time in my 5 dives with this company have I witnessed the ratio lower than 1:4. Neither for those who took the OW course! Worst of all, they didn’t care about student’s safety! Obvious example is that no one cross-checked the oxygen tank valve was opened correctly (I’d already told my last diving was done more than 5 years ago). Not opening the valve properly will literally stifle you underwater! Basically you were on your own. To be fair, there are things I should commend: 1. I booked the diving course via LINE. The staff online were hospitable 2. They will arrange for refund for courses which have to be cancelled due to bad weather, in my case it was bcoz of typhoon Krathon. Overall a terrible experience Sure! Here’s the translation into Traditional Chinese: --- 我在2024年9月底預訂了潛水複習和趣味潛水課程。當我進入他們的“教室”（學生和教練領取潛水設備的地方）時，我發現環境極其混亂和雜亂。 教練們總是非常急躁，非常匆忙。他們根本不願意替你解決問題或解答你的疑問 。提供的潛水衣是破損的。 他們的網站上說會保持教練與學生的比例為1:3。這是誤導性的。在我與這家公司進行的5次潛水中，從來沒有一次見過比例低於1:4。對於參加OW課程的人也是如此！ 最糟糕的是，他們對學生的安全毫不在意！明顯的例子是，沒有人檢查氧氣瓶閥門是否正確打開（我已告訴他們我上次潛水是在五年多前）。如果閥門沒有正確打開，潛水時真的會窒息！基本上，你就只能靠自己。 公平地說，有些地方我應該讚揚： 1. 我通過LINE預訂了潛水課程，線上的工作人員很熱情。 2. 他們會為因天氣不佳而必須取消的課程安排退款，在我的情況下，正是因為颱風山陀兒而取消。 總體而言，這是一個糟糕的經驗。

Coach Allen is so nice, skilfull and talkative. He taught us lot of the skill as well as theory, which make diving a lot more safe and fun. Highly recommended.

Coach Ting-yu teaches us professionally and attentively, making it easy for me to get started. The water quality was good, we met turtles, and we took great photos and showed off some cool tricks. It was a very satisfying experience. 亭宇教練專業用心教學，讓我很容易就上手了。水質不錯又遇到海龜，而且還拍了很棒的照片和一耍帥的小技巧，是個很滿足的體驗。

Took padi open water license with them and it was fun! Initially was pretty scary, having to remember many steps & everything was new. But my instructor, Daniel was patient & kept repeating the steps to me. It was a good diving experience with them ☺️

The OW course was exciting and I have learnt a lot from it. Tutor gave a lot of useful advise to me and took a lot of good photos. The accomodation is good and clean, not noisy and the staff are friendly. I will come back again and recommend friends to come as well.

I did my open water certificate here, my instructor was Yinju, who was so professional and helpful. The equipment was really great too. The course was pretty intense but fun and we saw so many amazing sea creatures. I love Xiaoliuqiu and can't wait to come back to visit again. It really is one of the most special places in the world.

Very good for learning diving here😬 super recommend this centre. Nice instructor, nice teammates, nice weather. Very detailed instruction for beginners to learn OW. The course is easy for interested one to step into the unknown adventure.

I had an amazing diving experience in Liuqiu! The undersea view was breathtaking, my room was clean and comfortable, and the instructor was incredibly patient throughout the entire excursion. This time, I obtained my OW certificate, and I'm hoping to come back and obtain my AOW certificate if I have the time available.
