The location is in the urban area of Hengchun, some distance from Kenting. The entrance is beautiful and says "Hot Spring Hotel", but the building is an old apartment and the rooms are even worse. The toilet is the smallest and worst I have ever been to. I bought a room for 4 people. It's more than 5,000 yuan, which is similar to the environment of a hotel which costs 600 yuan. Because the travel charger forgot to take the hotel with me and send it to my home, the service is only given 3 stars. Otherwise, it should be 1 star.

房間很殘舊，床很硬。服務態度也很差，一入住的時候發現床上面很多污跡。晚上九點的時候要求他們換床單，他們表示服務人員已經下班，只能明天再給我們換，所以給了我們一張很多塵的毛氈，結果我們鼻敏感一個晚上多睡不了覺。早上10點的時候再提醒他們要換床單，沒想到晚上六點回去的時候發現還是同一張床單。朋友問他們為什麼你們沒有換，那個服務人員說 不是我沒有換呀，是他們沒有換。這種推卸責任的處理問題手法合理嗎？
