1 out of 5. Not recommended, do not waste your money on this one. Here are some takeaways from my experience:
1. The noise. The wall is as thin as paper. You can hear people talk and noise from their TV all the time. It was horrible.
2. No available restaurants unless you booked it first, no go-show available. When I asked if it was possible for us to dine at the restaurant the staff just said no and provide no solution at all, and clearly some group guests were having buffet. It get worse that no other food are available for the hotel was at the middle of mountain.
3. 2 charging ports and one is broken. The hotel does have one type 1 charger that can be use but the parking space was blocked by the hotel’s bus and coaches. Given the charging fee is incredibly expensive, that takes away an another star from me.
4. The hotel itself was old and you can see clearly that most facilities were not well-maintained.

It was a pleasant stay for our family! The location and breakfast were good. It even provides shuttle to the popular kenting street night market. However, it was unfortunate that we weren’t notified about the closure of swimming pool’s slide during our stay (27 June - 29 jun 2024)
