門外廣場搞活動，晚上很吵。總體設施一般。早餐供應不上，8點半去許多菜已被搶光。服務員也沒提醒住宿停車是否免費，詢間參觀天眼門票的事情也不願説明，衹是説酒店衹有套票代訂。其實邊上天文館安檢入口現場有票售，而且所有景點都可單獨出售，我們衹參觀天眼，就買了50元的來回擺渡車票，而套票至少要150。

真是個大酒店，什麼都大，大堂房間停車場包括門前的街道都很大，感覺這裏的地不要錢。因為剛過暑假，人流聚減，周邊好多飯館都關了，路口有家四川老闆的店，菜做得不錯，我們中午吃了晚上又在他家吃。來這裏都是看天眼的，酒店裡天眼很近。早餐種類不少。

房間挺大的，床也夠大，有浴缸，孩子喜歡泡浴缸玩水。晚上8點在大堂有免費的天文小課堂，聽完之後天氣好的話可以觀星。我們到的時候是農曆二十二，月亮要半夜才升起來，所以看不到月亮。
酒店大門右轉直走就是擺渡車乘車點，設了一個臨時售票點，不用去很遠的地方買票。所有的票都可以單買，不一定要買套票。但想在網上買就衹能買套票。

親子房，一個大床一個小床，非常舒服，還有陽台，一進酒店的大門就很有氛圍感，幾個小外星人造型各異非常可愛，晚上還有天文課，老師很不錯，結束後還帶着孩子在外面觀星，酒店很大，服務態度也很好。有個小小的的建議不是給酒店，晚上南仁東紀念館對面唱拉卡ok的玩的太吵，真的和天眼整個感覺非常不搭。

衞生：非常差，床邊的地毯上這麼一大塊污漬居然沒有清洗，我確認了一下不是地毯的印花，居然是污漬，心裏變得很膈應！圖一是污漬，圖二是正常地毯.
設施：很陳舊了.
服務：早上8點我們一家還在睡覺，就有人摁門鈴，然後打掃阿姨直接刷卡進門，説不是退房了嗎？離譜的管理.
環境：唯一的優點就是地理位置太好了，離擺渡車近.

該酒店在FAST天文小鎮，距中國天眼景區的擺渡車入口很近，站在陽台上，能看到遠處高低起伏的山脈和天文小鎮的建築，景色很好！酒店服務好，除了早餐，中午也有自助餐。

親子套房，對大孩子來説有點小兒科，但還能接受。淡季人比較少，顯得寂寞，主要人羣都是小朋友。停車方便免費，在前台掃碼登記有效期兩天。想在酒店買天眼擺渡車票，被告知賣完了，第二天也不會補。雖然天眼景區就在旁邊，但售票處在最裡麪，需要步行500米左右，實在是不友好。
