酒店硬件設施一流，裝修大氣豪華，走廊寬敞舒適，三部電梯上下自如，入住手續順暢，自家停車場平坦位多。不足之處是早餐，8：35下去一樓就餐，很多食物盛器下面沒有點燃酒精燈（今天氣温2°-7°），食物多數涼了，特別是牛奶也是涼的

選酒店時看着評分不怎麼好，實際入住是非常好的一次體驗，房間設施還可以帶有浴缸🛁，遊玩天眼很近，在房間陽台上就能看到景區入口就在天文體驗館邊上進去，值得推薦。

酒店就在天眼景區旁邊，比景區天眼小鎮裏面的民宿好多了。房間中規中矩，因為入住的是除夕那天，沒有多少客人，第二天早上早餐也是草草了事。停車場的充電樁是壞的，衹能導航去克度鎮供電局充電，那裡很便宜。

酒店位置很好，就在景區門口，服務員很熱情還給升級了房間，設施齊全乾凈衞生，去景區遊玩很方便出酒店門就是擺渡車站，值得推薦！

門外廣場搞活動，晚上很吵。總體設施一般。早餐供應不上，8點半去許多菜已被搶光。服務員也沒提醒住宿停車是否免費，詢間參觀天眼門票的事情也不願説明，衹是説酒店衹有套票代訂。其實邊上天文館安檢入口現場有票售，而且所有景點都可單獨出售，我們衹參觀天眼，就買了50元的來回擺渡車票，而套票至少要150。

在平塘天文小鎮裏算得上排名前幾的酒店，酒店很氣派，門前廣場很大，地理位置非常好，遊覽FAST最佳住宿酒店。酒店有自己的專用停車場，停車方便。酒店服務、房間設施、衞生條件等尚可，可住，性價比不高。早餐確實不咋地，質量不高，不像是酒店餐廳的水平。

真是個大酒店，什麼都大，大堂房間停車場包括門前的街道都很大，感覺這裏的地不要錢。因為剛過暑假，人流聚減，周邊好多飯館都關了，路口有家四川老闆的店，菜做得不錯，我們中午吃了晚上又在他家吃。來這裏都是看天眼的，酒店裡天眼很近。早餐種類不少。
