酒店服務不錯但設施太舊，第一個房間門不好用，換了第二個房間，房間內網線不好用，管理人員折騰了好幾次也沒有弄明白。酒店服務人員態度不錯，但硬件跟不上也是個問題哦！

房間寬敞明亮，大窗户，大皮床，看起房間裝飾不算是豪華，但是基本設備都很齊全，電梯，停車場都配備有，值得這個價格，住起非常好！

第一次到平塘，網上選了好久，對比之後還是選擇乾元，沒有令我失望，房間挺乾淨衞生，安靜不吵，長者小孩入睡比較舒服。
