經朋友推薦的，民宿的老闆確如朋友所説服務態度很好，很熱情，不但帶我們去看了他家的老房子，整條大理石做的樓板和柱子，太震撼了。還帶我們去了沙灘，沙灘很美，拍出的照片超美，他家離沙灘非常近，走路也就十分鐘。還有一個小院子，挺大的，可以停三四輛車。二樓有個露台，觀景晾衣服都很棒。朋友住他家時，老闆騎着摩託車帶她去農貿市場買海鮮，然後自己做飯（他家一樓有個廚房，可以給遊客提供做飯的餐具），怪不得朋友説住他家有一種在自己家的感覺。下次來平潭還住他家。

整體來講，房間設計相對比較簡單，還有一些簡陋，符合民宿的標準，國慶期間價格有點離譜，老闆人還是挺熱情的。包含了早餐，早餐也就是在鎮上買的油條包子和老闆自己煮的粥，還是能夠吃飽的，早知就不用攜程積分兑早餐了。

首先這家民宿的地理位置比較靠近壇南灣沙灘，步行15分鐘就到了。然後他有專門的免費停車場，民宿前面有一個大大的院子可以停車，非常方便。老闆也比較熱情如果你找不到地方老闆會親自出來接你。然後我老婆因為趕海傷了腳，老闆知道了第一時間馬上拿出他們家的碘酒，棉簽和OK綳給我們。然後再説民宿內的設施也比較好。都是新裝修沒多久的，床也比較大。雙標都是兩張1米5的大床，床睡着非常的舒服。他們家熱水都有獨立的熱水器在浴室裏麪，特別是老闆在進水口還加裝了過濾器洗澡非常的耐斯。最後如果你玩了一天累了後不想出去吃東西，也可以在這裏讓老闆拿菜單給你點餐。他這裡有三四家餐廳的菜可供選擇。並且價格還算公道，味道也還不錯。綜合上述我覺得這家民宿是性價比最高的一家民宿。也是最值得入住的一家民宿。

名宿環境非常不錯，家裡一個院子可以停好幾部車，房東非常熱情，人也非常好，房間衞生一層不染，院子還可以露天燒烤，強烈推薦這家民宿給大家

房東人特別好，熱情招待，熱心服務，能幫忙耐心解決困難，房間很大，有廚房，可以做飯，還提供免費的早餐，住的很開心👍🏻

壇南灣的一個民宿村裡的一家。石頭房子為當地特色，據説隔熱效果好。老闆為人客氣隨和，領路介紹聊家常。當日客人少早飯都免費提供了，稀飯油條榨菜饅頭也夠了，瓶裝水等也是超市平價。民居硬件條件所限，打掃得乾淨價格實惠為王道。吃飯村裡有排擋，到沙灘步行十來分鐘也挺方便。遺憾當晚沒有藍眼淚，留個念想吧。。。

住的是老闆家樓頂上的一個房間，好贊啊，樓頂好寬的平台，點的外賣還在那陽台上吃。太爽了，人多的話還可以泡茶，不錯不錯。
