觀瀾石厝在寨頂山上，環境位置不錯，衞生設施還行，有自己的停車場，民宿在山頂，視野開闊，後山可看日出，家庭出遊好去處

老闆非常熱情 房間很乾凈整潔 我這個有潔癖的人都覺的不錯嘿嘿！床單乾淨，睡着舒服！這次的入住整體非常滿意！感謝老闆解答了我的很多疑問，也提供了很多便利，如果下次平潭我還會再住這裏。

民宿在南線海壇古城邊的山頂上，風景還是出片的。衞生真心很失望。桌子是油膩膩的，地板也沒拖，窗台上一層灰。靠床的牆體上方積年的灰，窗在變天時還透風。洗澡水忽冷忽熱的。哎，一分價格一分貨。但也住過價高還添堵的。景區大部分在北線，民宿還是北線的強些，吃飯也方便。這裏沒有早餐，自己做和叫外賣都不方便。小島不大，要吃好，住縣城吧。開車哪哪方便。跳島也方便。

挺好，民宿是一個石厝，在山頂上，但是走上去也不是很遠。我訂的房一天才100多，兩個窗户也能看到海，開門也能看海，這個價位真的是值了。走兩步到後山，可以看海上日出。

民宿在寨頂，推開門就能看到大海，風景很棒，晚上在陽台和院子還能看星空，早上可以看日出，絕美小眾位置呀，老闆也超好噠，唯一一點點不足的是小細節啦，衞生間的鏡子和玻璃門抹過後的水漬印子好明顯，還有拖鞋有塑膠臭味啦，稍微完善下細節體驗感更好了
