Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

平潭豪香酒店，位置處在縣城最熱鬧的街道上，位置絕佳，周邊美食豐富，距離龍王頭沙灘很近，樓下地下室有一家大型超市。酒店服務人員態度親切，因為我到的比較早，前台在有空房的情況下，幫我提前辦理了入住，並且升級了更好的房間。另外，酒店早餐味道不錯，特別是麪檔，早上一碗麪吃的非常舒服。感謝酒店所有的工作人員，讓我們在平潭住的安心和放心。
