這個一樓的房間不喜歡且價格偏高，服務跟價格不成正比。算是目前通過攜程訂過這麼多家酒店不滿意2間中的一個。（可能是某些民宿的通病，照片看起來文藝唯美又有範，實際高度美顏加濾鏡）
1.酒店離海太近（出門即海）很潮濕，想開窗透氣，一樓外邊過來過去的遊客可以直接看到房間內部沒私隱，不開窗一會就有一股難以言表的味道，所以衹好全程抽濕機工作着，住了一晚抽濕機倒了2桶水；（為了評價的客觀，此評論僅衹針對1樓的這個親子房）
2.服務人員也不是很熱情。
好在住了一晚，換到了其他民宿（老闆熱情又周到），繼續保留了對大福州的好印象。
