感受就是衞生很乾凈（特別乾淨的那種）老闆娘人非常熱情，還很貼心，我們到民宿之前老闆娘已經幫我們房間開好了空調，一進房間就感到非常的暖心。推薦的餐廳和沙灘也很好。趕海和租電動車她家都有哦。距離南北線的各個景點電動車都能到！我們是3天2晚的行程，回民宿就像回家一樣，挺舒服的

很不錯的一家民宿，房東很熱情，服務很周到，衞生也非常乾淨、整潔，附近有餐館、葯店、超市，地理位置也非常方便。也提供租車服務，價格也很平民，值得推薦的一家寶藏民宿。下次還有來平潭，還定這家何家小苑客棧！

老闆人很好也很熱情，因為我們自駕遊凌晨到的，老闆還出門接我們，門口有很大位置停車，早上還提供免費的早飯，房間床單被套都很乾凈，地方靠近七號沙灘和海壇古城，去玩也很方便！而且民宿對寵物也很友好！

民宿環境很好，乾淨衞生，去哪都不遠。衞生間乾濕分離，二樓有提供洗衣機，晾曬衣服也很方便，樓頂也能遠看海，下次還要來！
