The room is nice, spacious and bright, and the facilities are relatively new. There are not many commercial facilities around the hotel, but there are some restaurants not far away, the food is pretty good, and the hotel can also provide catering. The previous guest checked out late and the room was tight, so when we arrived the room was still being cleaned. The front desk saw that it would take a long time and offered to deliver breakfast. The room needed housekeeping which was prompt and patient. A few regrets: Too smart, and Xiaodu is a bit **. It is best to provide plastic slippers in seaside restaurants. It feels like business is too good and we are a little short-staffed.

+50 meters from Tannan Bay Beach - Front desk was extremely unprofessional. I received a call at 11:30 pm a few days before check-in, and my name was reported incorrectly. After I repeatedly told the hotel staff that my name was wrong, the hotel insisted that I was another customer and insisted on telling me that the room I booked was not ready. After confirming that I had made a mistake in the order, the staff didn't even say an apology, and completely ignored my request to confirm whether the room type I booked was available, and hung up the phone. I called back several times and they said they would add WeChat to confirm and then reply, but there was no reply until the day of check-in. Check-in time was 13:30 in the afternoon, and there was no one at the front desk! It took 2 minutes for the front desk to show up, which was outrageous. -The finish is astounding. After checking in, I found that the hotel as a whole was in an unfinished state. There were abandoned dining tables in the lobby on the first floor of the annex building of the main building. There were dishes left on the table from some unknown customer. There were gym facilities next to it. The door felt sticky and greasy. The lobby of the annex building was simply dirty! chaos! Difference! From the atrium, you can see that some rooms on the first and second floors are still being renovated, and the windows are not closed. The signs to the scenic area are extremely confusing. The so-called exit sign is a step, and there is roadside grass below. I even saw a car drive to the exit and back up. - There is a noticeable smell of decoration in the elevator hall, elevator and room. I feel like a green radish - The soundproofing is very poor. I was woken up by the obvious beeping sound of the elevator or air conditioner in the middle of the night (the air conditioner was not on in the room). I was woken up by the frequent door slamming by the tour group at 7 o'clock. The elevator was very noisy. I spent so much money to listen to the noise, right? - The room design is unreasonable, the toilet area is too narrow, the shower door is not closed enough and there is a puddle of water outside, the sliding door of the wash area is difficult to move, the buttons on the bedside are stuck, and the mini bar is small and inconvenient to take - There was a weird damp smell on the pillow -The mini bar fridge that says free is empty, does it make sense to say free? Don't stay here just for the beach and brand name, you will regret it, especially when the price is close to Hyatt Marriott Pullman in Fuzhou

I met an epic sunset in Pingtan and a beautiful sunrise in Tannan Bay. The trip was worth it. The navigation is located at the gate of the North Research Institute. The hotel is located in a new area and is only suitable for self-driving tourists. There is a high-standard hotel under construction next to it. It may be the off-season, the service is relatively cold, and the breakfast is not good. The temperature was low at night and the air conditioner did not provide heat. I almost caught a cold due to the cold. The room configuration was a standard room with no problem. It was very new.

The hotel is owned by the Hyatt Group. It is not yet fully completed. The external business part has been completed. The next phase should be the second phase, which is still under construction. The new hotel facilities are very complete and the hygiene and five-star standards are slightly higher. It's a bit worse. The room is quite complete, and there's a coffee machine... There are quite few breakfast options, probably because the occupancy rate is too low... I saw only 3 cars parked in the hotel parking lot, including us, at the front desk The little brother and the little sister are very nice! The beach and Tannan Bay Scenic Area are right next to the hotel. The side door is more than 100 meters away, which is very convenient... I hope the hotel will get better and better haha...

Share it with everyone I usually like to travel around, but for us J people, whether we can book a hotel that satisfies our friends is also a big problem hahaha This time I came to Pingtan Island with Amway, and I was also successfully introduced to the brand "Yifei" by Amway! I never noticed it before. Sorry.. The Yi Fei Suite we chose had a completely amazing sea view. When I woke up in the morning and lay on the bed, I shouted "Xiaodu Xiaodu" and the curtains opened automatically. It felt great to watch the sunrise! The room is super large, with a living room, a bathtub, free Coke and Sprite, and coffee (the capsule type, delicious!)! There are also tea sets, hehe, for someone who loves making tea, this is so considerate~ Near the hotel is Tannan Bay Beach, which is said to have the cleanest sand here. It only takes two or three minutes from the lobby entrance. If the weather is good, the scenery is indeed quite good. As for eating, there isn't much, but if you drive here, it's not a big problem. Before going out, I asked the beauties at the front desk, and they recommended several restaurants, all of which were quite delicious, and I didn’t make any mistakes. The lobby manager's service was also very good. He greeted us warmly and taught us how to use the washing machine and dryer, which was very good. Compared with similarly priced B&Bs, this hotel is a winner.

This is the hotel you must choose every time you come to Pingtan! The room is relatively good and the view is nice. A few of our friends booked two rooms together. They were both clean and the big bed was super big, 2.4 meters tall! Too much sleep, hahaha My friend's twin room is opposite us and we can see the sea. I'm a little envious Hhh. However, we didn’t have a room originally. I told the lady at the front desk that we were together, and the manager said that we would coordinate it immediately. The service is not inferior to that of a five-star hotel at all. It deserves praise! What’s also a treasure is that there is Peet’s Coffee at the hotel bar! ! You can’t get more than 30 or 40 cups of coffee outside. The barista guy is good-looking and the food he makes is super delicious! Rush it to me! There are many kinds of breakfast, and the freshly cooked noodles taste good. After eating, you can quickly go out and play. Overall, we feel that this is the most cost-effective hotel in Pingtan. We must arrange it next time we visit Blue Tears!
