房東人很好，怎麼停車怎麼上樓都介紹得很明白，溝通起來很順暢很愉快。房子裏面很新，裝修很到位，打掃得也特別乾淨，哪怕是一些角角落落都一塵不染。跟詳情頁圖片上一樣，該有的東西都有，一應俱全。民宿的位置也不錯，住在縣城太擠太鬧，住這邊很安靜，停車也方便。周圍有很多海灘，樓下也有很多海鮮酒樓，吃飯什麼的也挺方便。評價的照片是居住第二天拍的，帶的東西多孩子多，顯得有點亂。臨時想多玩兩天，想續租兩天，但是後面已經被預訂出去了，太遺憾了，衹能在附近定了兩晚別的民宿。來平潭前一天在温州住了一晚民宿，跟這根本沒法比。如果是人多一起來平潭玩，強烈建議住這家民宿，絕不會失望。

進門一看環境，比較激動，忘記拍照了，實地效果比照片更好。拖家帶口，選擇了這裏，性價比絕對槓槓。提供一次性用品，門口，還有口罩酒精等，房東很細心。周邊海灘，海鮮大排檔也都不踩坑，完美的一次入住體驗

最滿意的一次住宿！老闆提前好幾天跟我溝通，解決了很多問題！很棒的房子，洗衣服做飯洗澡，很棒！很棒！更棒！！！！處處都看出來了用心！！負責任的推薦，各處景點都近，屋子乾淨，舒服！前幾天在福州，一個什麼M17海鮮火鍋太噁心了，還跟我差點幹起來，本來對福州印象已經很差了！這個房東拯救了福州！
