交通很便捷，出門走路10分鐘不到就到龍鳳頭沙灘，非常方便，別墅區環境清幽，小區外都是平潭老字號小吃海鮮一條街～房間乾淨衞生，大部分用品來自山姆，看得出房主是很講究的人兒～配套洗衣機，麻將桌，小廚房，家庭親子出遊很方便～很推薦～

選這間房絕對是我在平潭做的最對的決定，帶着爸爸媽媽一起住了一大間，爸爸媽媽都很滿意😊遺憾的是沒有拍照，但是衹能説性價比太高了，絕對五星好評✨
設施：完備，啥都有，有問題就找管家
衞生：非常好，我們提前到了，到的時候管家已經收拾好了
環境：很安靜，而且離龍王頭沙灘很近，可以早起走路去看日出
服務：太到位了，給管家點個贊

酒店位置很好，去龍王頭度假村步行衹要5分鐘，老闆娘很熱情，幫我們升級了房型，樓下小吃一條街，用餐非常方便，床品衞生按照酒店等級，洗護用品很好，生活日用品很多使用山姆，爸爸媽媽很滿意。

酒店在別墅區，步行海灘十分鐘吧，周邊飯館很多，算是比較方便的位置。整個別墅不同的房間就是不同的房型，所以對於房間來説並不是很大，但是公共區域還是比較寬敞的，有大客廳，廚房，洗衣房等。所以很適合一家多人出行住一起。

位置很好，周圍吃的很多，交通也很方便，而且房間硬件設施很好，住的很舒服，絕對是目前住過的民宿中最好的的，如果選擇住龍王頭的話選這家絕對沒錯！

酒店位置很好就在平潭縣城，周邊交通便利，旁邊就有小吃街，潭家煎包也在附近，酒店是一個別墅改的，有電梯，設施齊全，使用的紙抽衞生紙都是山姆的，客棧服務姐姐，熱情親切，服務周到。

優點:房間很大有兩個露台，整體裝修還是不錯的，酒店位置也很好，到沙灘很近樓下也有很多吃飯的地方。房間有桑拿，特別適合冬天，桑拿蒸完很暖和。
缺點:床旁邊還有個梳化床，上下床不是很方便，下午三點多定的四點入住，入住的時候被子還沒鋪，管家當場鋪的床單被子。不太隔音。
