衞生較差，地上特別臟，到處都是灰和白毛毛，衞生間的水特別小，感覺就不流，根本沒發洗頭，一次性牙刷質量太差，晚上用一次就翹毛了，毛巾也不乾淨。

要去西柏坡舊址參觀，這個民宿很近，門口可停車，步行進入景區即可。樓下餐飲，樓上住宿。老闆給我們的陽面房間，風景很好。

床上用品都是新換的，很乾凈，室內衞生：乾淨，衞生間馬桶略有污漬，服務態度很好，能及時滿足住客需要，平山人民熱情樸實善良，飯菜量很大，口味略鹹。離景區非常近。酒店就差個觀景台了，四樓加個護欄觀景就更棒了。二樓湖景這邊要是把牌子換到別處，加個外陽台，就完美了。

爸媽説這是他們住過最乾淨的民宿。雖然之前因為有長者有小孩有心行李，專門選的大平層，結果進來發現還是loft。但到處嶄新乾淨，餐具鍋具連非常在意乾淨的媽媽都覺得不用特別洗。還貼心的配有孩子用的濕巾和抽紙，還有小零食，都覺得這麼舒適的民宿，當時應該再訂一天從易縣出發周邊玩了，好評！（停車地下停車場也很方便，就是20塊過夜費，對我這個開車小白也知足了。
